My Experience here was quick and efficient. Man who runs the establishment is kind and organized. I had a pretty significant problem on a sneaker and it was done in less than 24 hours.

The gentleman that runs this business is so kind and efficient. 2 years ago I ruined BOTH heels on a pair of $700 stilettos. He told me he couldn’t get them back perfect, but that’s exactly what he did! I dropped them off on a Monday 10 minutes before close, he was still so nice and not even grouchy. He said they could be ready by Wednesday, but I’m going on vacation on Wednesday and he said no problem Tuesday is fine. They were ready and perfect right on time. In addition it also looks like he does clothing alterations as well. I will definitely be a new regular!

If you ever have boots that has no zippers and are hard to get on go here, The gentleman that run TMS is very knowledgeable at what he does and he really do an amazing job! The zipper that he installed on my boots look as though they were purchased that way. Thanks to you sir I am well pleased! GOD Bless

The man certainly knows how to repair things. However, he is too expensive and is a stickler for the ticket to claim items. To cap two high heels and replace the handle/really short strap on a purse is $96(???).
