This is my usual target and for the most part it’s always a great experience there. However, sometimes they have like AT&T sales guys standing outside the electronics section. Well I saw them and I went one full aisle down away so they wouldn’t hound me. Then crossed back over and went to the book aisle. It was VERY obvious I did not want to be bothered and I had my AirPods in. Well right as I get halfway down the book aisle I hear “excuse me ma’am have you found everything you’re looking for tonight?” And I say yes before I look up because I’m thinking it’s a Target employee. Well I look up and one of the sales guys had followed me down the book aisle. He then goes “who is your phone provider” and I said “Verizon and I’m not interested in switching. Have a good night” and turned back to the book shelf and he asked me something else but I didn’t hear and walked away. A few minutes later this same salesman followed another lady down the same aisle and harassed her as well. Please cease allowing your customers to be harassed by salesmen or I will stop shopping here.

I have no idea why Target prices are so high. Products and store experience does not justify the prices. Most of these products can be found elsewhere, for a cheaper price.

This is a decent Target, is clean and well stocked, with friendly staff. However, it has been understaffed since 2020. The checkout lines are very slow, and the cashiers lately are unexperienced and untrained. Watch out for the AT&T guys by the electronics, they'll approach you to ask you several questions even if you don't make eye contact.

First off, I am a target CC girl. I spend thousands a month at target. This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at target. I bought pull-ups last week during a promotion period. I needed to exchange two of the boxes for a larger size. They are the same price, same brand, same everything. I just needed to exchange the 2-3t for a 3-4t. The customer service woman refused to evenly trade them and instead kept telling me the best she could do was return my two boxes of 2-3t pull ups and give me a gift card to repurchase the 3-4t. I knew that meant I’d be paying the difference bc of the promotional gift card. Which is why I just wanted to exchange them. She continued to knock a few dollars off at a time to get it down to a similar total and continued to say, “this is the best I can do.” No matter how many times I explained it she couldn’t comprehend the situation and instead I was left paying the remaining balance bc she refused to let me simply exchange them.

The employees don’t know anything about their products and will lie to you just to appease you. It’s very frustrating. I will not be shopping at the store anymore.

I love the drive up feature with Starbucks. It’s convenient and saves me a lot of time shopping.

All cashier checkout lanes closed. Only two employees at the front for checkout were talking to each other and could not be bothered to assist customers or open a lane to check anyone out while the line for self checkout grew.

There is a item on clearance, show there is 2 in stock in this location, i call the electric dept, first call no one answer for five min, then call again someone pickup, i ask about the clearance item prices and if it's in stock, he answer yes and confirmed the price. He told me there is few in stock and unable to hold any, so i drive there asap takes me about 30min to this target location. Got to the target electronic dept, asked for the item, he show me there is a few left, i said i can it all, he told me clearance electronic are limited to one per person, first time heard of this, but ok, then when i checkout then the price rang up the original price. Then he told me, i guess only the other color it's on sale. Then inventory show 2 in stock, then he said, inventory takes 24 hr to update.. When i called i asked and confirmed the price and item before i drove there. I have wasted 1.5 hour of my time plus gas. Very disappoint at target not updated their system and employee needs retrain. Customer service not great.

I do not like this store. I have not much good to say about this store. The shelves are empty, they are not restocked every day like other stores, this store doesn't keep the nice image like other stores do, employees complain that they are short handed and that's why things don't get done or that they had issues with trucks..... I hear a lot of excuses.
The entry way is always ugly and messy and when I ask an employee to please do something about it because this is not welcoming at all, I get brushed off.....
The prices are always different on the shelf than what you pay at checkout and no matter how many times I complained about this, no one ever did anything about it. But it is still not right to charge more at checkout without letting the customer know that this is what's happening.
What you see online inventory wise, that's never reflecting what is in the store physically so people complain that the website said they had 5 in stock..... No. They have zero because this never gets updated in real time.
This store is almost falling apart. The escalator doesn't work, when it rains, the underground parking lot is standing in water not to mention the part above the entry way at the underground door.
Even though I brought up an issue to the Corporate office in several occasions, they didn't do anything about the issue, but only when the store manager complained. That issue got fixed 2 years later!!!!
It is not a very pleasing place to be.
This location made this rule that self-checkout can only be 10 items or less. What a bad decision! I personally love doing my own checkout and I hate when someone else has to do it for me.....
It is very rigid in this store. When Corporate dreams up something, the store has to do it and there is no way to even complain about it. Those decision are usually made by people who don't work on the floor or never had an experience working in the store so those decisions are usually not for the good of people which causes frustrations instead of compliments.
Some of the employees are nice and easy to talk to but the store itself needs a lot of work if Target wants to keep this location going!!!

I had to come inside and pick up my drive up order cause apparently stated it’s unsafe weather conditions outside and the sun is definitely out. I will say thunderstorms when it’s heavy rain and lightning absolutely don’t come out but regular rain and when the sun is out is unacceptable. I won’t be back to this particular target cause now I’m standing in a very long line. Unacceptable.

Emily, the sales person believes that no question should be asked at 9:50 PM, bc store closing in 10 minutes, I think she should pursue another career.
