Please be aware and make sure to check your items during drive-up service. When my merchandise was brought out, I expressed concern that not everything was there, but the employee rudely insisted it was and threw my items in the trunk. I tried to call the store to file a complaint, but faced resistance and was even hung up on. Additionally, I placed my order well before closing time. When I called the store before coming in, I spoke with a young lady who had no idea how I could file a complaint or address my missing items and the rudeness I experienced. Upon arriving at the store, the associates told me they didn’t know who the manager was or how to get in touch with one.

Very rude service and awfully lazy employees just sitting there. I asked for help from some guy and he told me to go talk to customer service and kept playing his phone games.

Poor service, customer service made me walk around asking other employees for help. Very lazy guy did not want to do his job and told me to look for another employee or go to the front….

Harriet was checking my inventory out and was being very rude. Customer support was very awful. They made me walk around and find different employees that didn’t know what they were doing. They were awfully lazy….

I have been going to this target for years and I had to get some medicine this morning for my sore throat a lady asked for my ID in which I asked if they took photo ID she denied my photo ID on phone. I came there a 2 weeks prior and a very nice lady at the self check out register took my phone ID…. Not sure why I got denied for getting medicine when i’m well over the age of 25.
