i used Taggabox's move my dorm service and was incredibly disappointed. There was a time window of 10-4pm for the movers to come get the boxes. At around 9 am, they told us they were on their way, but by 1 pm we hadnt heard anything. We called the company, and they told us now the movers would be here between 2 and 4, which is frustrating but at least still in the original time window. By 3 pm, we were informed the movers would likely not be there until after 4. At 4:15, I was texted that the new projected move out time was at 5-6 (the was the first time the company directly contacted me). This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional; many students do not have the luxury to wait around as they have flights booked far in advance and also have few places to go while they are waiting. Luckily, I got the residential services at my school to let them in to grab my boxes as I had to go to their airport. Overall, I will not be using Taggabox's services again and I will not be recommending others on campus use it.

In early February 2022, I searched for a business that either leased or allowed customers to purchase moving crates. I wanted crates instead of regular paper boxes for my move from one apartment to another because you don't have to worry about them busting open and it makes everything neater when packing. My initial phone call to Taggabox didn't go so well because a "Karen" (not her real name, but I'll call her that) answered the phone, got sassy when I attempted to ask her a question, and abruptly hung up on me. I took a deep breath, waited a few minutes later and called back. What a difference a few minutes makes, as a much more pleasant woman answered the phone this time. I rented 25 crates for one week (February 15 - 22, 2022). The total price for renting them was $140.49. They delivered them to the apartment I was moving from and I was impressed with how quickly the delivery guy was able to transport the crates up three flights of stairs to reach my apartment. Along with the crates, Taggabox allowed me to use three small carts with wheels on them that you can use to stack the boxes on and roll them out. Though the boxes were a just a little smaller than I imagined they'd be, they were very sturdy, hard plastic crates, and helped make packing easier. I still had to end up getting some paper boxes in order to finish packing up all of my stuff, but that was okay. I am still pleased with the crates and carts, as they made the moving process more convenient. They were the most valuable tools of the move. The only mild criticism I have of the delivery and pick-up is that both times I had to take a little time off from work so I could be at home when they came by at 10am on a weekday. They picked up the crates and push carts from the address I moved to, but didn't arrive until closer to 11am. But overall, I am impressed with their service and would use them the next time I move.

Taggabox Multipurpose Bin & Moving Box Rental professional and packed and unpacked the truck very quickly! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great Taggabox Multipurpose Bin & Moving Box Rental.

I just had the displeasure of speaking to a very rude customer service representative name Sharon. I figured she had to be the owner and just doesn't care because I could never imagine another business owner would let her insult their customer the way she insulted me. On Tuesday 9/3/19 this company came to my home to move a renter from my basement apartment. They drove this huge 26 ft Uhaul like truck into my drive way causing a large 30-40 feet crack. When I reported this to Sharon her response was that her truck should not have been able to crack the driveway so I need to contact the people who poured my driveway. UNBELIEVABLE!! I can see now that this matter will have to be settled in court. Please avoid letting this company pull their truck into your driveway. If possible make them walk it from the street.

This company is a joke.. when you think you hired on to a job that claims they need experience.. you soon find out nobody showed up to work because she has no knowledge of moving herself. She calls the workers the day of the move expecting you to just jump when she says.. 3 days in a row I show up because she says there's work just to see that I'm the only one who showed up 4th day my phone is ringing off the hook by some guy that I've never met to show up hours after the job started.. this company is not for you I repeat it's not for you! It's not even for her and it's her company.. sorry Sharon but you've got to reevaluate if you set yourself up to say my guys "no call no show"...

The movers sweat ALL OVER my brand new sofa set and got dirt on it as well. I called the main number and the lady said she would get someone out to have my sofa cleaned but she never called back even after I called twice.

Based off my fist move. I used them a second time. However, after this move I strongly considered never using them again. HOWEVER, after talking to Sharon she made me feel better and made sure things got done properly.

The movers were great! They moved quick and worked efficiently. However, the customer service representative Sharon was very rude and impatient when we were trying to clarify how to pay the bill. She talked in a very demeaning tone and she over talked us. Also, Sharon doubled booked our time slot so the movers came at 1pm instead of 10am.
