Sales store experience I thought was great....then it went completely down hill in a snowball. It's the worst cell phone experience I've had in 25+ years. Zero communication or updates unless I call and ask. Shipping issues that T-MOBILE says only UPS can change. UPS says only T-MOBILE can change. No one will help - its all someone else's issue to deal with - which leaves us with nothing. We live in a day with wonderful technology and communication opportunity. Tmobile is stuck way way back in time on this. My experience with them has been extremely poor customer service.. I don't like leaving bad reviews for anyone. But, I'm stuck. I don't know what else to do.

The customer service my father and I received was amazing. Anthony truly made the experience of switching carriers as close to effortless as it could have been. Highly recommend this location and its staff!

Everyone at this store are very helpful! It was a very good experience working with them. They know what they're doing, they are honest and clear to help out customers. They try their best to solve problems irrespective of how complex it can be. I had a great experience in processing my order at this store.

I went with my sister, to try to open an account her boyfriend took her line off. And the worker there her name is jasmine, and she is dating my sisters ex. And she was telling her boyfriend that my sister was there and she was going to make sure my sister, would not be able to get a line there. And I think that’s very unprofessional. She should not mix personal life with business. She needs to be dealt with

Visited this location to do an exchange on an internet box, found out later on through customer care they processed this incorrectly. Had they paid attention to my account this could have been avoided. A month later still have no internet. Complete waste of time.

I would like to acknowledge Tim Smith and CJ P for outstanding teamwork on yesterday. My phone was broke and I was without a phone for 2 days. I explained my situation to Tim and he went far and beyond the call of duty to satisfy a long standing customer. I received top class assistance when I broke my phone, and while trying to buy a new one was advised that our family plan included insurance and a new device was not necessary.After receiving the replacement device, Tim the assistant manager did the sim / SD card swaps, and initiated the new phone data transfer.As of the date of this review (February 2023) this location is staffed with knowledgeable and friendly associates.

Tim was great today. I needed to pick up my new phone and usb c. I had a couple of additional questions before picking it up. The first associate, a young woman, seemed irritated to help me and short as if she did not want to answer my questions. It was curt. I walked away from her as I didn't have the energy and didn't want to deal with hers. My mother is in the ICU and I am trying to keep my mother and father together. I needed 15 minutes to ask questions, run this errand and get back to being a caretaker. I need a new phone up and running properly to answer the hospital calls, security, or my fathers calls. I didn't need any one else's personal issues projected onto me especially when I gave them no attitude or negative energy. Tim was able to answer my questions and direct me in the best direction for further assistance with respect. I greatly appreciate that especially during this time.

Larry was phenomenal! He was patient with us and answered all of our questions regarding plans, phones, and more. He was knowledgeable about everything. He interacted with our 2 year old to help keep him entertained while we went through the process. He even called corporate to get Caller ID squared away. Larry was simply the best. Highly recommend him and the customer service we received while we were there.

The guy helping me had no idea what he was talking about and was more interested in the football game they had playing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but everyone else could leave the game alone but this guy. Instead of helping me out, he kind of just let me talk myself out of getting anything from them and even talked me out of buying anything at all. While I was talking, he was just watching and glancing the game.If you can't pay attention to your customers, mute it or turn it off. Unprofessional.
