Super-Sod makes the best compost I’ve ever used. Every plant I use it with grows really well. Amanda Flotow and the rest of the Super-Sod staff have been very kind and helpful.

We have used Super Sod for all of our sod needs and this far we have not had any issues with quality, delivery as well customer service, so it was an obligation to review this company.
We decided to open an account, the team member at their South Carolina call center Mrs. Jazmin took the call, carefully listened to all of our requested, made all proper communication and placed our order, then explained all the process in detail.
Jazmin, truly made us feel as wanted customer, she was very polite, respectful and professional.
As a business owner I truly believe team member like Jazmin are an asset to any company, I applaud her hiring manager.
Also, special thanks to Mrs. Missy at Super Sod, she is always ready to help.

Their products work better than any fertilizer I’ve ever used. These local guys and gals are incredibly helpful too. Even if they don’t have the answer in hand they give me resources to find the answer myself. I highly recommend!!

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY LAST ORDER! I have ordered sod and Big Yellow Bags from SuperSod in the past and had beautiful healthy TifTuf Bermuda and great sand/soil mix at great deals with speedy and precise delivery service.
My previous order was a month or so ago and it was also great but I needed one more pallet. When my new pallet was delivered, it looked like the top sod had fallen off the truck and thrown back in place. The sod was also old, yellow, thin and very dry. I called SuperSod customer service to replace the pallet and they sent a manager from the Marietta location to remedy the issue.
Supposedly he replaced a few torn pieces on top. The following morning we installed the new sod and with the exception of the very top layer, two thirds of the sod looked thin, yellow, dry, brittle and torn/ripped. When I called customer service for the second time, they told me that the manager would contact me. I am still waiting for that call.

Addendum: Two days after this review, the manager called and authorized 20 more rolls to make things right but I had to pick it up myself. They would not deliver it. I appreciate the attempt at service recovery. I will add 1 star back.

Reason for visit: they sell individual rolls of Zeon Zoysia. Site One’s minimum order is by the pallet.

I have used SuperSod for over 20 years
I am not a professional but a DIY homeowner. People at SuperSod are wonderful. Today I picked up sod. Lady at desk and guys loading super nice, efficient.
Ordered more and talked to Brittany Beard in Marietta. Very professional, nice, prompt, informative.

I called this Super-Sod main phone number (toll-free) and was connected to Starr. Being at my Witt’s end with my lawn, I was hoping for advice on what to do next! I have used practically every “weed-and-feed” business in the book trying to restore my previously lush lawn. Starr lived up to her name and blew me away with her knowledge and advice. I have already received a call from my personal Lawn Coach (Hailey), and am waiting to hear from their recommended landscaper to get the sod rolling!!! I’m so excited!

I spoke with Star B. She was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything to where I was making the best choice between sods. She also explained why it was so important to purchase the soil for sod from them. She was very sweet, patient,professional yet friendly. I will definitely be using this company again. I am not from Georgia, so I had no idea where to start with all the clay and dirt mixed in my yard. It has been hard to get my grass to a consistently healthy state.
I walked into Super-Sod with a piece of paper loaded with questions.
Tony was great. He really took the time to walk me through the process of getting my yard into shape. There wasn't a single question I asked that Tony couldn't answer.
