had to stand in line for 20 minutes because they had two tellers but one didn’t feel like working.

Truist never has enough employees working at any of their locations. There are always 3-5 people waiting in the lobby to be seen. Maybe they shouldn’t take on new customers if they cant’t actually service them. Not surprised by this branch’s terrible reviews.
