The absolute worst customer service imaginable. I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years. After getting into it with a teller who received a complaint from me, they all started harassing me on each visit for ID. Also lying to my face claiming it’s because of a new manager. But I actually talked to that manager and she took my side. They are retaliating because one of the tellers got a well deserved complaint. Such petty unprofessional behavior do not use this bank.

I have been a long time customer going back to 2000. I went to this branch to draw some money out. I gave the teller my driver's license and my Suntrust/Truist bank card as well as a withdrawl slip. She told me she did not like the way I signed the withdrawl slip and said I needed to re-sign it. Even though she had my pictured license and my debit card in her hands. She spoke very condesending. This was the final straw for me. I am done with the rotten treatment and am moving my money to another bank.

The merger is the worst of both banks. We banked with BBT and SunTrust. We’ve only had problems since the merger. So disappointing.

This post is in regards to their absurd overdraft fee system and their even more absurd "one $72 fee refund every 24 months." I'm simply embarrassed by the number of overdraft fees I've incurred over the last 24 months; that's on me. But, it's more humiliating when your bank doesn't help you at all with refunding any of this money for whatever reason in the world. In a year, I've easily had $800-$1000 in overdraft fees. With no help from Truist whatsoever, I still have a positive account balance... even considering the obscene amount of money the bank has taken from me as some sort of financial punishment. I certainly don't have the worst financial situation currently, so that just shows me how much of Trusit's revenue comes from them charging their own customers during their times of struggle. That's what a loan shark does... a true villain.

Truist is ok, miss Suntrust. I always trusted the sun, now we have something else with no implied trust, only a vague claim of truth, unsubstantiated.

The teller that sat in the drive thru QP is very rude. I walked up to window and she looked me up and down as if I did something wrong and told me “ I’m doing something with drive thru you are gonna have to wait. So much a customer asked me what was that about..That’s fine why so aggressive. But the other teller UM is great..

I hate having to do this, especially since my issue is with Truist. They just changed names this weekend, 2/18. I come the following Tuesday, today, and attempt to cash my check as I have done for about 3 years. Never an issue. Until the merger. Suddenly they can't explain why i, a customer of SunTrust for over 15 years, and 5 years at this particular location, am unable to cash my check with my ID and debit card. No explanation? For a customer of almost 2 decades. What a great way to start off a new bank. It seems they cleared out the old crew, so anyone I speak with is going to be brand new. It's pretty disappointing and annoying. I mean, is it impossible to check the account for funds, like has always been done? Weird, how with the implementation of better tech, somehow they lack services they had before.

This has to be the worst branch I’ve been in. Never waited less than 30 minutes to do anything here. Only 1 person ever at the window helping people. Bankers just sit and look at the line. Drive through is even worse

This is the slowest bank ever. I waited in line for over 30 minutes to get my money out. On top of that they have a rule that you can not make a withdrawal on funds that are still pending so I had to wait an extra 24hrs just to be able to withdraw money I could see in my account.
