The therapists and staff at Summit's Edge are all helpful, caring, and compassionate. The effort put into creating a warm and welcoming environment has absolutely paid off. They are so dedicated to inclusive counseling- no matter your needs, there is a therapist here who is right for you!

I have had the privilege of professionally working with Daron in clinical collaboration on client care, which can be a vital aspect of the therapy process. Her passion, dedication to providing affirming and inclusive therapy, and willingness to go above and beyond is a huge asset to the counseling field. I always feel confident when utilizing Summits Edge Counseling as a referral source knowing the level of highest quality of care provided to all their clients.

My review comes from a deep connection I’ve had with the owner, Daron. To hear her heart for the work she does for her community, not just the clients she serves but for fellow therapists, is incredibly inspiring. This business is run with expertise and tremendous care and humility. I will always recommend and refer those I love to their therapists. And just after my first son was born, I too met with a therapist at SE. She was kind, professional, and thorough. The space was beautiful and the intake process was clean and simple. Thank you for the way you are caring for your community.

I just want to say customer service is so important to me. And from the moment I called to discuss an appointment, Tiffany made me feel assured that I called the right place. The first line of contact is so important when reaching out for help. I was so nervous. Thank you for making me feel better. I can't say thank you enough.?

Ben was nice and wanted to be helpful, but it he mostly just repeated what I said and gave me “finger snaps.” He routinely showed up late and then started messing with his earbuds. The day I complained about that was the beginning of the end.He told me that he uses the term “a little spectrum-y” to describe someone socially awkward. He hoped that I, as a person on the autism spectrum, didn’t think that was pejorative. Actually, I found it very insulting that my therapist used my condition as a shorthand way of describing someone awkward. He wanted to fire me as a client, but instead he just cancelled our sessions one by one (three in a row) until I discharged.I added one star back because the boss took the time to send me three referrals.

Brook was the young lady I saw it this place. I told Brook to NOT video tape our session BUT she did anyway. Then she not only shared with my one consent person BUT to a LOT of other people. Facts. This was back in 2021 but I just now found the information on this place, so now I will sue. My privacy laws were violated and the HIPPA law.

I believe the young lady I saw was Brook. To sum it up, I was video taped when I requested not to be AND my video was shared with a lot of people. People I did not give consent, matter of fact, I gave consent ONLY to my one brother but like I said, it was shared with many people. I just now got the contact information on this place, so now I will sue for violating the HIPPA law and my privacy laws.

Receptionist assured me that she would definitely call me back to get me on schedule. She did not. The fact that my insurance covers 100% but I have to pay $75 to get on the schedule is an obstacle for me. I’ve been struggling to find support and seem to have wasted my precious time with this office when I could have continued searching for other providers and been already receiving support.

I have had the pleasure of getting to know several of the therapists at Summit’s Edge Counseling, and every single one is exceptional! They are all kind, caring, and amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. The most wonderful therapists I have ever met. The care and attention to detail is beyond incredible.

So thankful for Summit’s Edge, the owners and the entire staff! This place helped save my life. I would trust any of the therapist with my family, my kids, and all my friends. I’ve had many people follow me here who share the same experience. No matter if it’s anxiety, depression, addiction, marital issues, PTSD, life coaching, they have a therapist for every need to reach freedom.

Did not have a positive experience with the provider after my 2nd visit. He was condescending and critical. No empathy and very rude.

The receptionist is disrespectful. Somebody please fire her. I had to hang up because she was disrespectful.

I have decided that Summits Edge is not a safe place.Last week, I felt belittled and shamed because my son and I were 30 minutes late to an hour-long appointment.Kelly, the person at the front desk met my son and me in the lobby and told us that he couldn't be seen because we were over 20 minutes late. She called me disrespectful and shamed me for not remembering that the 20-minute rule was in the Informed Consent Form. The therapist was not helpful either, he added to my already stressed-out state by saying his hands were tied. The practice handled the whole situation poorly. The staff could have called at 2:10 or 2:20 and told me that we missed the appt and needed to reschedule. The therapist could have invited us back to his office to chill a bit before going back out into traffic.Kelly could have been kind.To add insult to injury, I paid $125 for the experience. The whole experience was unkind, punitive, and completely unnecessary.

I have only been working with Ms. Q for a short amount of time, but I am already becoming a truer me and healing. I’m so thankful for Ms. Q, the reception team, and Daron for fostering such a great group at Summit’s Edge.
