Updating my review: Walked into FedEx outside of town center and printed in 1.5 minutes. I deal with engineered drawings all the time. There are a lot of moments when you are crunched for time. For a place that has the capabilities to print 24x36 you have to be flexible. At least some of your employees get it.
This store. You never know what you are gonna get. It's frustrating. I need a 24 x 36 chart printed (not a poster). Gentleman last week printed in 30 secs. Young lady tonight says it will take 15 minutes then says I need to pick it up in the morning. There is literally no one in the store and none of the machines are running so she is not working an order. All she was doing was texting a friend. After I start talking to another associate she says she doesn't know how to use the printer. I'm confused as to why she is in the area if she can't work the equipment. It contradicts what the manager started about the store. I print this chart 4 times a year and I'm batting 50% at this store.

I am giving one star due to the friendliness of the cashier. The store was okay, but the womens restroom is VILE.
While presentation to a customer is important, the cleanliness for the ladies working in the store is my bigger concern. No toilet paper, clogged sinks and toilets, rancid smell. I didnt even get far enough to identify if there was soap in the dispensers.
Staples corporate needs to get in this store IMMEDIATELY to understand why the restrooms are looking/smelling like this. This is unsanitary enviromnet for the customers and employees and must be addressed immediately. I was in on a Wednesday afternoon, yesterday 5/29/2024, and I do not believe the condition of the restrooms were a result of that day's business volume.

We have had thousands of business cards made over the past five years, and Jennifer went absolutely above and beyond for this most recent order I made. Excellent customer service by Jennifer, she is a true gem.

I had one of the best customer service experiences with Zach in the printing department today. I had to last minute order a piece of marketing with staples after having a pretty disappointing experience with another company. When I came in to Staples to pick my order up that I had placed online, the color had not quite translated on the type of material I had selected like I had needed it to be. Without me even saying anything, Zach noticed that it wasn't exactly what I was expecting, asked me what I wasn't happy with and then proceeded to provide solutions for me as well as explaining why it hadn't come out as I expected and then offered to reprint it using a different machine to see if he could help make the sign more to my expectations.
While waiting for my new sign to print he was so kind in making conversation with me and would periodically compare the old sign with the new one that was printing to see how I was liking the way it was turning out.
The new sign came out so much better than the first. I probably would have left with the original sign without saying anything and not fully satisfied, but thanks to Zach caring not only about the work he does, but also going above and beyond for his customers, I now have a very important piece of my marketing for my work event.
This is what customer service is supposed to be like, and I will definitely continue to use this Staples location.

One of the least competent printing centers I have ever encountered. Ordered online two days ago and came in for them to tell me they didn't have them. Every single person who came in had a problem. The worst part was when an African American woman asked how they were going to fix it and the Staples employees tried to make it a race issue. They treated her like the stereotype of a mad Black woman. I will never do business here again.

Awful service at print counter

Both my spouse and myself went here for TSA Pre Check. My application was a little more difficult and Mimi was so helpful in advising me what paperwork I would need to successfully process my application. We watched as she so efficiently executed her duties with each applicant. She is genuinely an asset to your company. I did have to return the following day to complete my application and Mimi was once again so helpful.
