Everyone is Very polite and fast and thorough I am always greeted with a smile and asked if there is anything I need, the place is always clean inside and out and unlike a lot of other storage facilities their elevators work and if they go down.its fixed that day... 5 stars for sure....

Walked in and was greeted pleasantly. We walked the facility, they knew what we wanted even before we did. Much appreciation to CJ and Sonequa who made this an easy and enjoyable experience. Didn't have to go anywhere else to get what we need.

The facility is well-maintained, and it is evident that the staff takes great care to ensure that the units and surrounding areas are spotless. The on-site staff are friendly and attentive, always available to answer questions and making the rental process seamless. Service was great from the very first phone call. Received a call back at the stated time. Got my unit and it was exactly what I needed in a controlled climate. My professional assistant was Sonequa Barnes and if I could give her 100 stars I would.
