I was accused of stealing a product as I was checking out. I didn’t put the product back where it was because I had my daughter in a stroller and it’s very tight in the store. Once I told the guy where I placed the product he said said “oh” no apology or anything. I asked for a refund immediately and left. Not all people steal or should I say not all BLACK people steal. Very sad and poor customer service. This place should be shut down

In my first time in the store, I shopped around for under 15 minutes before the employee working came up to me to accuse me of “looking around too long” and basically ask me to leave and “stop messing things up” The store is about 20 feet wide and packed top to bottom with stuff, so before I spend my money on something I am buying to wear, I am going to look at my options, which are in a very dense area? Very rude and bizarre way to treat customers who are there to buy visually aesthetic products.

I know how odog on menace to society felt now when he was followed through the store. The lady there is rude and will follow you if you a “young black male.” Don’t spend your money here.

She cut the lace on my wig wrong and there was no compensation..This lady is a rip- off artist becareful buying here they are just after the money....Then she told me to come back to the store she would make it right...I had to order the same wig from some where else she charged me $80 for a wig I found same one for $40 shame on you!!!!!?✌?
