This insurance company is a total scam! They will tell you that their 'client wasn't insured on that date' for any and ALL claims reported. Absolutely unethical and horrible. Stay very far away

Very good customer service if you are patient with them my claims handler was Sky North she was very helpful and polite also helped me with everything that needed to get done

Their insurer gave me their card info and after a month they did not cover my damage. now they are saying that that person is not insured with them just so they don't have to pay anything. My adjuster david abdurakhmanov never answered,never spoked with him
