Due to personal reasons I wasn't able to get a vehicle but Brandon is amazing. I brought my own mechanic, which he recommends, and looked at about 3 vehicles. He let me test drive them all and was honest about future repairs. Definitely recommend.

Easy to deal with and a relatively fast process to get the paperwork done. Good area too in downtown Cartersville with banks/ places to eat very close by. Would go there again if I need another truck.

Know you're purchasing a used car and make sure you have a mechanic look at it before purchase! The dealer made the buying process easy, waited for us after hours to get there from the finance company to close on the deal. A little pricey knowing the repairs we're going to have to put into it, but overall a fine experience. Our mechanic did say we could probably drive the vehicle for 6 months without making any repairs and not have issues with it (as long as we kept up with the fluid levels). So we're very happy.
One last note: our mechanic did say the codes on the vehicle had probably been wiped at some point. By who we can't be sure. And the car did pass it's emissions testing two weeks before we purchased it. Just something to keep in mind!

Listen, if I am looking for another SUV or truck, I will be going to Southern Auto Deals first and look at everywhere else afterwards; even though its a good hour from where I live. Brandon's customer service is top notch. S.A.D. is not one of those car dealerships that ignore your call after you've driven the vehicle off the lot.I had a situation with my excursion and he answered both times (knowing it was me), and helped me with the issue, giving me a number a local mechanic who charged an amazing price for the work that needed to be done.Not sure which dealer these other reviews are speaking of, but my experience was great.
