This location is very hit or miss. I am not sure why. The lady that works there with the funky glasses has been there for years but it's weird because sometimes she's great and other times not so much. Not sure what's happening. She seemed aggravated when I needed help. Their signage is not right on the clearance panties. It just says 60% off. She said it was only if you bought 5 that applies. Then it should say that. They just could do a better job being more inviting and engaging in this location. I ended up spending $75 but im returning it all because I would rather buy it online. They make it clear they get commission when you check out - which to me as a customer is very aggressive and seems very rude.

I have heard great things about Soma. But the visit to this store was very disappointing. When I walked in they asked if I was here for the $99 for 3 bras. I mentioned that I needed a front closure bra and measurement. Sweet lady was about to bring me back for a proper measurement. But this other lady (Which had fabulous chunky glasses) that worked there told her just to do a quick fitting right there on the sales floor since I was only interested in purchasing one bra. Thought that was very rude and tacky. Tried on a couple different style front closures but that first experience left a negative vibe. Left without making a purchase from the store. However, I came home got on the Soma website and purchased 6 bras, 5 panties and a pajama set. Will never step back in that store again. Shame on them. Looking forward to my purchases and seeing if Soma is all about the hype.

Horrible customer service today. I came in to buy. No one to help until I started walking out the door. There were ladies in the back racking who could’ve came out and helped. Sad thing is this was my first time at this store.

I went here for the first time today and Elise and the whole staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They are definitely worth it!! 100/10 experience and will be coming here for life!

I've visited this store located in the Avenue on Dallas Hwy. on 3 different occasions. Every time I've been there, I have been greeted and taken care of by the best staff I've ever seen in any retail store. These lovely ladies are so friendly and helpful. They know their products and sizes and will help you find what you need. Selection is excellent and every item I have purchased is well made. There is always a sale of some kind so prices are reasonable for the quality of the items you get. Ladies, treat yourself and stop by this location. The service alone is worth the trip.

Carolyn was very helpful! In most recent retail settings customer service is very much lacking, I can absolutely say that is not the case here everyone was friendly and pleasant in a nice clean environment, will definitely be back.

When I went to shop for the 1st time at Soma, they measured me and told me I was a 32 double D. That would be nice but all of my bras are a 38B. The sales lady actually insisted that she knew what size I was. And as I was trying on bras, she would open the door without knocking....while I was standing there without a bra on....and other customers would walk by and look. There was more that happened in looking for a bra, but I'll leave it at that. It was a very unpleasant experience as I had to work with someone who was working against me instead of for me.I decided to give them another try. So, on another day, I drove across town to get to Kennesaw Soma and got there 5 minutes before closing. I know that was not ideal as I have worked in retail. But I only needed a few minutes. A sales lady, who was incredibly rude, would not let me shop....they actually closed before their posted time. I knew what I wanted and it would have been quick, but she wouldn't even talk to me....She wouldn't give me 5 minutes......WowI think Soma has some great bras but the people in the Kennesaw store have not been trained on customer service. Customer service is important to me. So I will be shopping online or in one of their other locations. I just thought I would share my experience. I'm sure other people have had better experiences. I think it's all about who helps you.... Like any place, there are the good, bad and ugly. Unfortunately, I got the bad twice. Shame on me if I go back a 3rd time. Have a wonderful day!

Absolutely amazing! The ladies working here are so friendly and knowledgeable! I asked to be fitted for a bra and was immediately taken back to the dressing room, sized, and put into a bra that fits on the first try.

They have the best underwear of any women's brand - comfortable and never ride up. They also have very nice dresses and sleepwear. I do like their bras but I often have to size up with this brand

Just left the store and wow! Everyone who worked there was super helpful. They took the time not only to get my size, but provided me with a lot of bra options. It’s hard for me to find bras that fit and they went above and beyond the help me find the right bras. One woman took the time to explain how to wash them and how often to wear each one.I highly recommend this particular Soma store!

My daughter and I had a great experience here today. Both associates were kind, patient and helpful. Elise took the time to help my daughter find something that fit well. We will definitely be back!
