I just now tried to drop off a wayfair return with QR code to print out fedex label and employee said we don’t do that you will have to go to their main FedEx shipping store that’s just Just lazy. Went across the street to cvs and took 5 minutes.

It appears that they took my package and never scanned it in for FedEx, and there is a possibility of it being lost. It's been missing now for 7 days. Currently, I'm filing a complaint with corporate to investigate and track down.

This company stole a phone out of a box that I was returning to Apple! Apple said they received the box but no phone. Do not send your packages through them.

Setting up a mailbox was super easy. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Secure, easy & convenient access to your mailbox 24/7. Great place to mail & ship items as well. Lots of business services available to make owning a small business less of a hassle. I would highly suggest using them over a post office box.

Customer service is rock solid. I arrived at exactly closing time (hoping I could sneak in)The manager (Kiera) was incredibly professional.I needed an official government document signed and notarized. She walked me through the required steps with a smile. The process was a breeze!! I was in and out in 15 minutes.Highly recommend!

I returned some luggage through this location. They did not make sure the packages were scanned and it has now been one month and I have no way track the packages. I've lost $1000 in merchandise because I can't track or file a claim with no scan. When I called they said the USPS hasn't been great about scanning but they will get there eventually. Very upsetting!

Amazing service. Always assisted with a smile! The office receives lots of traffic and the team is always accommodating to get their customers in and out. They also have great prices. I'd recommend this SOHO to everyone and anyone. You won't be disappointed !
