They’re closing down anyway, but no reason to go even for the sales. They have shut down the fitting rooms, and they will not allow people to use the restrooms. They’re monitoring people as if they think the customers are there to steal. The whole thing is ridiculous. There are no returns so they expect the customer to take assume all of the risk. If we didn’t steal when the clothes were worth $200, we’re not going to steal when you drop the prices to $10.

Do not recommend!! Prejudice workers. I walked up to the register with 2 cashiers and no one said hello so I greeted them. Older gray haired woman and younger girl were behind the counter. I then waited for them to discuss children being born with blue eyes as if that’s important while a customer is waiting to be checked out. As I waited a white middle aged woman walked up and received all very warm welcomes from my 2 previously mute friends behind the counter !After questioning if I should purchase or not, I did because let’s get you all bought out and out of here for less discriminatory patrons that will properly serve all races equally.

A welcome greeting as one enters begins your experience. The store is laid out in an inviting fashion. Clothing racks are well spaced and tidy. The associates are helpful not pushy. I appreciate the conversation between associate and patron .... ok sometimes other patrons chime in. Again, a delightful shopping experience.

Pretty sure the older brunette woman who greeted me at Soft Surroundings was prejudice? When I entered the store, she stared at me with a fake looking smile as if to say "what are YOU doing in here", and didn't greet me until I said hello. I asked her if they had party apparel, she pretended not to understand me twice (I don't even have an accent, but I guess she figured she could get under my skin that way). I was in fact rubbed the wrong way, so I left. Hopefully she's just socially awkward, but you know prejudice/racism when you experience it. Either way, I feel good about not giving them my money

Lisa was very helpful. I was very discouraged looking for a dress to attend a wedding. She took her time and walked around the store with me to help me pick out what was right and not right for my body. She was always kind and made me feel like she was there for me and we will get the right dress. I Will definitely come back. Thank you for being such an encourager for me today.

I went in to make a return and inquire about a missing purchase. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I found a couple pieces I wanted to try on. They prepped a fitting room for that. They made sure that their was run enough for me and my little one. When it came time to check out, they even prepared a small bag for my daughter to carry out. It's nice to have amazing clothes... but it's even better when your staff is just as amazing.

The clothes are quality and their styles unique. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I gave 4 stars because the pricing is very high. If you can wait, their sale prices are good.

I love to shop at this store! Everyone is vetlry helpful and friendly. I am always feeling like I have been treated like I with friends when I leave the store. Excellent experiences!

Quality falling off. TWO pairs of pants ripped open in first wear, and third wear, respectively; also after delicate small laundry. A shame. Been buying from them since my 7 year old was 6 months! In April that'll be 6 years exactly. I'm a customer still. Will see if new nightgowns hold up.
