The lady that works during the day time is very nice. And she was helpful to me during my first visit here. Second visit, it was a smooth experience. The third visit, I came in a lot later than normal and there was an older lady working. I asked her for change for my bills. She got those and we had no issues. I thought she was kind. I come back to put my clothes in the dryer, she's sitting down with an older man. I don't even notice. I start putting my clothes in the dryer. I hear noise behind me and it sounded like someone was talking to me. I turn around and they're both like "you" and then the lady says something. I don't understand because I have headphones in. I start to take them out. Do you know that old man said, "Do you speak English?" They both have thick non-native accents. The audacity and gall of anyone from another country to question whether I speak English or not. I don't go out of my way talking down to anyone from another country so don't do that to me. I said "excuse me. Do you?" Tf? He says "Can you read the sign." I looked up. The signs say don't slam the doors. I said "okay." He said "it's not okay we paid a lot of money for the equipment for you to break it." He's still going on and on. I had to turn around then because I didn't know if he had kids or not but I'm not one of them. I said "I made a mistake okay. I'm sorry. You're going to keep persecuting me for a mistake?" I'm sure he thought I was going to argue because I was black or being intentionally careless for the same reason. But no. He didn't get the reaction he was looking for so he sat there looking stupid. And when I came back, he literally walked back in as soon as I pulled up. I chopped it up as a coincidence because if not, he's too old to be that petty. Enjoy your life sir. It can leave you at any moment. I was going to give a three star rating because the lady that works in the morning is very kind and it's convenient since I live less than half of a mile away from the place. But I dont see myself returning and I'm sure they don't care anyway. I just wanted to share my experience because I was spoken to like I was less than. And I came in, in great spirits and left with them crushed. Thank you for your time. ❤️

I would not recommend this place. i picked up my clothes after having paid for it in advance. They left me waiting for someone to even acknowledge and when she did come to address me she asked me a question and I said I didn't understand her so could I can call someone who speaks Spanish and she said she said she would have to charge by the pound which is fine but the services is horrible and no one was in there and now i know why.

I agree with all the negative comments about this establishment, after the new owner took over, the service dropped a lot, she is terrible, rude. please forget this establishment

I've been going to this laundry for 8 years and I've never had any problems before, but today it was terrible, the new owner is the worst person I've ever met, extremely rude, ignorant. The machine didn't do the washing process and she wanted me to pay again, even without washing the clothes, the machine didn't even turn on. I had to remove my clothes without having been washed and the owner of the business kept repeating several times "it's your fault" and would only put it in the wash if I paid again. I left there horrified and she didn't give me my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

They are very weird they will not stop looking at you and they are mean they said we slammed a door but we didn't even close the door. Then they was looking at our butt so I don't recommend going there no one could get anything to put their clothes at because they used it to eat and they didn't let us get anything to put our clothes in.

Please AVOID this place!! Everytime I have came here the husband and wife sit and watch how much laundry detergent you use and also how many clothes you put in the dryer!! I think they are RACIST and in 2023 this is sad! I will never come here again!! I can buy this building if I wanted !! They are sad. Also I was using a laundry cart to take my clothes out, tried to squeeze through the isle and bumped the husband laundry basket and he got soooooo mad!! For what? I don't know. I apologized and he rolled his eyes!! They are crazy people that don't need to be working with the public!!

Can’t do it anymore. Machines are old but they never did me dirty as far as washing machines and dryers go. As other reviews have said, it’s the two disrespectful old timers. Other comments have said they’re racist. That’s just honestly hard to prove, so I won’t support that as factual - but I do -feel- it, and they do treat non-Latino people poorly and with disdain. As other reviews point out, this old man just mean mugs you the entire time you’re there.So my final straw: old man starts barking at me in not English and pointing at a sign that is really inconvenient in its placement: “Please don’t slam doors.” The issue? Nobody slammed anything. The wife came over to advise how slamming can damage machines, which I imagine is generally true. But nobody slammed anything on your 45-year-old machine. You two are miserable people, and you give everyone racist vibes. I am looking forward to supporting your closest competitor.

Worse customer service AND THEY WILL DAMAGE UR CLOTHES. Every-time i buy brand new clothes i have them washed before I wear them, in this case thats what I did. I dropped them at this laundry so the attendant can wash them for me, when I picked them soon as i got home i noticed 2 of my white shirt were full of pink stains, i called them and told them about the situation, the lady on the phone was very nonchalant and unapologetic, I asked who was the manager that I need to be refunded for this or something has to be done, she kept saying he's out of country She cannot call.So I decided to go back there and show them the damage and they were still unapologetic and were acting like I did the stain on the shirt or it came from me, I was just baffled how they were going back & forth with me, then they offered to wash it again to see if it will come off. I Came back this morning, the stains were still there but this time another lady was there who very apologetic and even said why would the person that washed your clothes mix them with color thats not good, and I agreed with her, she then advised next time i come to put on the receipt do not mix with colors ( IM NEVER COMING BACK THERE). Long story short, after picking up my clothes i soaked them in bleach & all the stains came off which tells me these people were lazy didn't want to make any effort in the mistake that they committed. Its just sad a laundry I've been going to for over 10 years, it just became worse when the new owner took over, the original owner were very friendly, I now agree with all the negative comments this business has.

I would like to publicly praise this place for having some of the old school machines that have prewash, wash and 3 rinse cycles, the machines who use water liberally and wash your clothes properly! Also they have a bathroom and vending machines. Definitely will ise again if I'm in the area
