The reason I keep renting a storage unit at this location is because of Sam!! Sam is always so helpful and so nice. I've gone by or called and talked to others in the office and I would rather wait till Sam is there and have Sam help me. Best customer service I've ever experienced. I recommend this location to my friends and family because of Sam. Thank you Sam for all you do and for always helping me. I am one very happy customer!

This is my first experience getting any kind of storage unit so I was very nervous and had no idea what to expect going into this. Thankfully, Samantha made this process absolutely painless with her fantastic customer service and knowledge. The affordable price and clean grounds were simply the cherry on top of it all! Very happy!

Simply Storage helped me out when, as a hurricane Ian evacuee, I was in a bind with my RV storage problem. Samantha was very helpful and a good problem solver with the best get it done attitude. Her District Manager also gets credit for making this a very positive customer experience.
