Walked into this store. No greeting from staff. Waited in line to be helped. Asked for A-100 paint, for a paint match. Mr. Qwan told me we don’t have it and that they only carry premium paints. Then says I told you this, before. He obviously has our conversation confused w/ someone he spoke w/ prior to me or another day. He helped another customer before me, although I was ahead of them.
Very rude! Do they train these people in customer service skills?

Favorite paint of all the contractors I know, but this location has a great sales associate who's helpful with color choices, paint chemistry, equipment, etc. This is the only store near Sandy Plains, that's worth going to if you have even the most basic of questions (or some pretty difficult advanced questions) about anything related to paints or stains.

Been so mixed up on colors to paint my house, and i stopped in Sherwin Williams- met Kyle Knoght- and hes awesome!! We have narrowed it down to two choices for my husband and I. He is one of those people who see colors and what looks good together. Very happy i met him!

I always look forward to going to that particular store! I have yet to have any complaints with anyone of the staff presently employed there. Even though I’m not a professional painter, they all treat me as if they’ve been waiting for me to come in. So nice, so courteous, so sweet in all they do. They actually make me feel like I’m the reason they came to work that day.

I was advised many years ago to use Sherwin Williams paint for nearly every application, and straying from this advice has never gone well for me. I've been frequenting the store at this location since they opened, and the guy I hired to paint my entire downstairs with 20 ft ceilings and was happy he chose SW paint.
I went to this store yesterday, and Kyle is a joy to behold. He was knowledgable, professional and helped me take out my 6 gallon cans, additional quart and supplies to my car. I was very happy and will definitely return and reccommend them highly.

The assistant manager, Kyle, who helped me was amazing. He was so helpful in color matching and getting me exactly what I needed. He is so friendly and has the best attitude.

We had the pleasure of working with the assistant manager, Kyle Knight. We were looking for multiple colors for a mural we wanted to paint in our basement and Kyle went above and beyond finding and matching color samples to get us exactly what we needed. Very friendly and helpful! We will continue to use them for all of our painting needs in the future!

Worker forgot my refund after I walked out with new paint. I came back to the store and he didnt even realize. Then would not give me refund because the number of my card didnt match, because Apple Pay changes your transaction number. I showed him Bank History and Apple Pay history and he still would give me a hard time, finally another worker came over and convinced him otherwise. Awful Customer Service from this specific employee.

Chris, the Asst Manager, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the right product for painting the marble facing of our fireplace. He was very personable. We will definitely come back to this location for our painting needs.

Chris is very helpful, knowledgeable, goes the extra .ule to help you with your needs. I've been managing a 2 week paint job, and needed recall paint info purchased to date from several SW locations. He's always great with details that matter, and provides the correct custom colors too

This location has been…okay for us in the past. The staff has never been overly helpful, but they get the job done.This past visit was a difficult experience. Katherine was behind the counter and did a good job helping us find what we needed. However, as we were trying to speak with her, 3 other associates were sitting in the office that was right next to the counter and LOUDLY laughing and talking entire time we were there. I’m not sure why they needed 4 employees on a Monday afternoon, but three of them weren’t doing anything and were so loud we could barely hear the girl behind the counter. It was not a great experience.
