I had an awful experience with the Marietta location. They share a parking lot with the Foxglove. I parked my car in the parking lot and looked to see if there was any options to pay and there was not so I went to the meeting at the Foxglove. ( I park and pay for parking at the square alllll the time... I have no issue with it).
When I came out 1.5 hours later my car was gone. Again there was no signs saying no parking where I was parked or in my parking spot so I thought my car was stolen. I called the police and waited in front of Sherwin Williams for an hour in the freezing cold for the police to come. The police found out that it was towed at the request of Sherwin Williams who apparently had watched me park and immediately called to have it towed. Then watched me stand in the freezing cold instead of informing me. I went it to talk to the 'manager' after I got my car back and he couldn't care less. He said there was a tiny sign on the building that I should have seen (perhaps if it wasn't covered by a large truck and perhaps if i was going into Sherwin Williams). There was also eight empty parking spots at the time.
Instead of watching me walk away they could have grabbed me. They also could understand they share a parking lot with an event space, so how is one to know which spots are no parking and which are good to go? They could put a sign in the parking lot somewhere...anywhere. Also, I am going to a luncheon, Id be out shortly anyway... I wasn't looking to walk the square for the entire afternoon (and they knew this because the saw me). All this lead me to have a terrible and scary experience thinking my car was stolen... not to mention I am a single mom and this was right before Christmas.
Also this location is an eye sore for the Square inside and out. I will never support them and encourage everyone else to stay away too. I do not have an issue with Sherwin Williams in general just the management here and how their poor communication negatively affects people.

I have been in here multiple times and every time they have been so helpful. Several of the employees have been amazingly knowledgeable and draw upon their own experience in helping you make decisions about what paint to use and where. I highly recommend these people.

I walked into this store and Jacqueline listened to my inept description of paint I needed to recoat a 100 year old masonry porch floor. She took me to the color sample area and I confidently chose a color and she mixed it and sold it to me. I took it home, opened it, and it looked wrong. I returned to the store with the can and a chip of the original floor and she and her team modified the paint in the can. I took it home and it still looked wrong but I applied it and when it dried it was PERFECT. The fault in choices was all on me. The staff was patient with me and kind throughout the experience. As I'm sure they fear, I won't hesitate to go back in the future.

Grant helped on Sunday to make solid stain color. Mike had checked inventory on Saturday. Both guys are very helpful & nice. They get it done for you!

I went this afternoon to purchase paint and tools for my painting company and . I asked Bailey the cashier rep if I can perhaps have a discount applied to my order . He started yelling and screaming at me and rolling his eyes if I was going to pay cash . I asked him if that’s a way to treat a customer. He replied back yelling at me and said “yes” . After this encounter with Bailey I will no longer be a client at this store . I will tell all my fellow business partners not to purchase from this store . I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was not available to speak with me . What a shame to lose business this way from a client .

Really helpful staff. I was looking for a particular color so I could finish a bathroom and I also wanted it to be able to handle moisture since it was going in a bathroom. They helped me match a shade that the home owner wanted and got me a quality material that would stand up to use.
