Amazing, special bridal dress shopping experience. I loved the privacy of being the only bride in the boutique. They provided thoughtful recommendations and checked in to make sure that my favorites met all my expectations. I was especially appreciative of their ability to find and narrow dresses based on a tight timeline.

Serendipity’s customer service is superb. This small boutique provides great privacy when trying on dresses, and it has a large selection of dresses in price ranges $1000 and under, and $1000 and up. They respect your budget and don’t try to upsell you, to make you spend more than you can afford. Both the owner and staff are very nice. Additionally, parking is easy and free as they have a parking lot right next to the boutique.

The first bridal place what I went to in Tampa was a disaster - so I’ve been a little hesitant with bridal shops. Serendipity changed my mind! Chloe was sweet and attentive and made me feel so beautiful! I was 20 minutes late to my appointment because of Atlanta traffic, but they were very understanding. I found my dream dress, and am so thankful for the great experience! Highly recommend Serendipity Bridal.

The place is charming and cozy. They do make the experience feel personal, because they take you to a private room where you can have your family and friends wait until you change into a dress. They provide complementary champagne and cupcakes to enjoy. They were very helpful and friendly making the experiencing fun. The dresses are stunning and at a reasonable price.

I went to 4 bridal shops, and this was BY FAR the best experience I had trying on wedding dresses! The bridal suite is adorable, they give you champagne and cupcakes, and all of the dresses are incredible!Ansley was my consultant. She is an angel! She is the sweetest girl, made me feel so good about all of my choices, and was so helpful. She was so patient and really took her time to help me find my dream dress as I am so indecisive! I enjoyed every minute of my appointment, and I cannot recommend Serendipity Bridal enough!

This was my first bridal shop I tried and I loved it! I love the private appointments you get where it doesn’t feel rushed or overwhelming by other people. They have a great selection of dresses and I left with two they put on my file if I chose to say yes to the dress with them! And I certainly hope I do!

Absolutely lovely experience! The ladies that helped me were so great! They were friendly, patient, gave us time on our own to review dress options and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! They had a great selection of dresses and made the process seamless! Highly recommend!!

The two women who helped me with the process were so sweet! They had great recommendations based on my style and were very skilled at clipping the dresses so I could see a more finished look as I tried them on. I did not feel pressured to buy during my appointment and actually felt very supported in wanting to sleep on such a big decision. The dress selection is on the small side but there were a lot of different styles to choose from. The dresses are organized by price as well so that was helpful for sticking to my budget. I would recommend Serendipity for a positive bridal experience!

I loved every minute of my experience at Serendipity they had a sign with my name on it and champagne ready! The ladies that helped me were delightful. I said yes to my dress and have received great communication from them throughout the whole ordering process! Can't wait to wear it on my big day ?

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at my appointment here. All of my girls were welcomed warmly to the shop, and we all felt so comfortable around our consultants. Every question was answered, every opinion was welcomed, and everyone was treated with so much respect. While I ended up making my decision elsewhere (it was a very difficult decision!), I highly recommend this shop for any bride searching for their gown! Loved their selection and their suggestions :-)Helpful note: take the inconspicuous door and go up the stairs! ;-) it's like a carefully hidden gem on the second floor!
