I was the only customer in the store who was not offered help. There was a woman on duty when I arrived who seemed pleasant but never approached me. Then I guess the shift changed because there was then a male associate who wouldn't even make eye contact with me. He did however inquire with the other guests in the store, and walking past me several times to make sure they had baskets to shop with and making it known that he was available for any questions that they had. After I stood at the counter to get his attention, he suggested that I go to the store up the street. Not sure about the female associate, she did at least smile but the interaction from the male associate or lack there of felt racially motivated. I do not recommend this Sephora and will not visit it again.

I would give a 0 if i could because I felt racially profiled and discriminated by the worker named Max. He followed me and my friend around like we were going to steal. I have been a rouge for the past 5 years. He came up and told us we couldn’t touch a sunscreen bottle without a tester and it was the first i heard that i had to squeeze out a bottle on a sponge to apply or we are risking everyone health. I understand the concern but it was the way he said it and the fact that he had been following and staring us. I can the difference between a worker being kind and concerned versus being racist. I will never come here again and i am very disappointed especially as someone who works in customer service.

condescending male worker who follows non-white customers around. ive been a sephora member for a very long time and i have never experienced this. i was uncomfortable and felt like i couldnt shop without having the workers eyes burning into the back of my head. news flash!! not every person of color wants to steal from a store especially a sephora connected to a khols. do better.

World. Class. Service.My trip to Kohl's wasn't for anything in particular, I was going to find something and spend my Kohl's cash I'd earned, right? Well, my eyes drew me to Sephora and this watermelon scented item had my attention. Over walks DaMiah, who proceeds to tell me about the product and her positive experience...I was amazed at her insight! I know I stioe her away from others far longer than expected but we mingled over to the Fenty line (which I love) and, after trying on some samples, I decided in a new shade, Mauve Wives. Amirah was a wonderful help too in between assisting customers. These ladies really are the sweetest and informative of your insider rewards too. Give them a raise, Sephora! It's rare to find such talent these days! Kudos and I will be back. Highly recommended.
