Staff were visibly and audibly annoyed at me asking if 3 different things were in stock. Also said that the piece i was looking for could not be ordered, so instead of buying about $450 of furniture i walked out.

I love this place! I bought my dryer from them last year & it works perfectly. My washer recently went out so I ordered a washer from them and unfortunately it didn't work. I reached out to the store & the manager was literally so helpful in getting the faulty unit exchanged out for a new one & this time, the new one works fine. Shop here! The staff is great & super helpful.

Today my husband and I were in desperate need of a washer and dryer when I suggested to him that we stop by American Freight. Not only were we able to find exactly what we were looking for, but more importantly, we were so moved on how the entire staff greeted us with such professionalism and courtesy; especially Ms. Kay and Ms. Naya.
