Kay was very knowledgeable and a great help. I came for a washer and ended up purchasing a mattress and the protector plus extended warranty on washer. She help me save with using the finance. I will definitely be back to shop. Thank you Kay for making this process go smooth.

I take reviews very serious and try to give my own honest review on businesses and experiences. With that said the management at this store should take the time to address this.
Most of these five star reviews are fake. They obviously have the staff or an individual go through and make fake reviews. This makes me sick. There's even a 2-star review where she goes on praising how wonderful the store and the staff is, she was obviously rushed going through and making this review. These reviews will be brought to the attention of Sears Corporate and Google.
Will this be fixed... probably not by the staff. The owner will more then likely comment on this post and say that they will look into the matter. However this has been brought to their attention in a previous review and nothing has been resolved.
Now this is my review as of November 2017.
The staff seemed to be preoccupied with chatting and their phones. Not much help. The prices on some of the scratch and dent and refurbished models where good. Make sure you look at the manufactured date as some are very old to be sold as "New" but that should be expected at an outlet store. Some pricing was high so take your phone and price check, don't get ripped off. I will not go back to this store until they resolve the fake reviews as I believe that this is a very dishonest practice.
To the Owner "Jim".
I hope you take the time and fix this problem. It's simple get everyone that has posted the fake reviews to delete them. I'm sure the account info is lost or can't be accessed by now so you will have to go through and report each review to Google. I really hope you do this and I will update my review once every 3 months to keep this up to date. This store has a lot of potential and it looks like you need new staff (I would fire them) or at least show them that being honest will go a long way.

Kay and Niyah were amazing! I’m huge on customer service and they exceeded our expectations. Kay was especially well-informed on the merchandise, sales, and even where other items are located in and out of stock. We even were gladly upsold on the 5yr insurance coverage. I’d hire them if I needed customer advice and sales support.
