Wanted to support as is a local business, however could not be anymore frustratingly unprofessional.Besides all the other issues I had during my stamp purchase they tried to double charge me.Unfortunately, started receiving emails from the company stating I still owed funds, weirdly the order reciept number was different. Provided my paid order reciept via email multiple times no replies. I get past due balance emails and I have confirmed with my bank my payment did indeed go thru. So unprofessional. Never get any replies from the company.

Placing my order online was easy. That was the only good thing I have to say. I was never contacted that my order was ready. I called to follow and was told it was ready for pick up. 30 mins later they sent me an email stating the same. Be sure to call before you go if no one answers their closed!! They don’t keep the posted hours ever! So unprofessional!!!! I will not use this company again.

Wonderful service! Received my notary stamp very quickly (I did do the rush service, but it arrived 2 days earlier than expected!). Mary Ann was very helpful and personable with all of the different options. Plus it is a local business!

Poor quality and terrible service. I wish I had had a better experience like some of the others who wrote a review. Unfortunately it took almost a month to get my order. I dropped my embosser in a box with all the components to get a new insert. Stamp was not ready in time frame promised. When I did finally get the insert to my embosser it came right out of the insert. It was much smaller that the original die cut and was the wrong order. I was then offered to pay more for their mistake by adding an additional charge for another insert. In addition they had thrown the box they asked to keep all of my belongings in away, which included my leather pouch( which was replaced by a cheap plastic one), my inker, and my paperwork. I waited another two weeks and was never contacted about my order being ready. I later learned that they had placed my notary stamp in a pick up box outside. After picking up my stamp it's still poor in the work and quality. The way the die cut for the embosser was placed makes it awkward for me to notarize documents. I basically have to order a new stamp. Overall I was very disappointed in the lackluster attitude, poor quality of service, and lack of professionalism in a business that has been around and came recommended from the courts. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

The customer service at Seals & Stamps is fantastic and there are multiple choices to choose from, specifically for a new notary public. The cost of the stamps was slightly higher than other companies, but the quality is worth it, I think. Thanks so much!

Yes, you can get your notary seal cheaper elsewhere. However, I’m fine paying a premium to have my stamp done correctly by a local business. The customer service and turnaround time, even during a pandemic, were outstanding.

Wow. Where has this company been? I was looking for a local company to create stamps for my daughters' bridal shower. She wanted to give each bridesmaid and guests a rubber stamp with their name and address. The owner spoke in great detail with me on the phone and made an appointment for us to meet at their location. I was impressed. Ms. Hiett was charming, friendly and her staff equally so. I ordered 25 unique rubber stamps. All was going well, until I slept on the idea. The next morning I had an idea that I wanted to include a motiff representing my daughter's shower/wedding... I thought adding a butterfly would be fun. So, before I had a cup of coffee, I called Ms. Hiett and left a message. She called immediately and quickly added my request to my order. Viola! 2 weeks later, I got all the rubber stamps packaged professionally. And, Ms. Hiett offered to include gift boxes. Who does this extra step these days?! I hadn't even thought of gift boxes. So, another week later, I got 25 custom gift boxes that perfectly fit the rubber stamp boxes. We had the shower a week ago.What a hit. The ladies loved their rubber stamps and adored the little butterfly motif. I thank Seals and Stamps for their dedication, upscale customer service and prompt delivery. If you need custom rubber stamps that you can't get online - come on, get creative. They make fun gifts. I am thinking of ordering more as Christmas gifts. Thank you Seals and Stamps! Lynn

Paid over 5 times the price for stamps that I could have gotten ANYWHERE else. My fault, should have checked around. Very expensive lesson learned.
