Worst vape store. Gas stations have prices 20% cheaper they use the wealthy “East Cobb” area to price gouge every cent out of you. 300-400% profit for a lot of items….

These guys are excellent at customer service. They’re super kind and helpful when helping you make a decision. Fairly well versed in there products and ultimately genuine people. As far as the products go, they’re pretty top shelf in terms of variety and quality. 10/10 would shop again!

WARNING: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!So let me start off by saying, I prefer the mom and pop shops over corporations. So when I moved back to Marietta, I found this place which seems like it fit the description. When I first went here the people were very friendly and helpful. Plus the reviews were great.....but don't let that fool you. Their prices are OVER DOUBLE any other store with the same products.Even so I went to another shop and kept the receipt to show them the next time I visited this location. Just trying to help them be competitive and support their business a bit.When I walked in I was greeted and proptly asked how I could be helped. So I asked after a price and mentioned the difference in prices from other stores, and showed the receipt from the other place for the same product. Mentioning that I was just trying to help them, that I wasn't trying to get a price match, just trying to pass along information.The manager behind the counter said he didn't care, that he just works here, as he walked away and refused to acknowledge me any further or offer any further assistance.This business doesn't care about it's customers at all, they are just out to scam people out of their hard earned money and to make their next dollar.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and advise anyone to visit any other store to see the difference in prices themselves.

Actually know what they are talking about. For a guy that just wants a disposable vape, I've watched them with other customers, and they know what they are talking about. Cloud 9, on the other hand, in my experience, everyone is always on something and keeps asking the other guy to go home and sleep it off.

They've raised prices on products I regularly purchase at random, by up to 50%, without telling me the price has increased. Three separate times. I've been ripped off by this place too many times to ever want to return.

Absolutely love coming to this Vape Shop everybody there is so sweet they always help me I work right over there by Kroger so it's just walking distance for me before going home they've helped me with juice they've tried to order juice I am definitely a royal customer gauge is one of the nicest guys

The both times I have been there the sales associates have been honest, transparent, knowledgeable and friendly. There's nothing more that can be asked of any store.
