We happily donated many times in the past.When we needed help we called many times and never got to speak with a person..I never need help for myself but for our little children.I will never donate again.

Been calling this company for the past 3 months on every Monday for Douglas county and it’s always the same thing. We are not accepting applications. I recently heard ga received millions of dollars for energy and rental assistance on the news about a month ago but when anyone calls this company or community action it’s always the same answer there no no funds. WHERE ARE THE FUNDS GOING THAN? There needs to be an investigation open to who and where all the funds go. The city councilman needs to address this issue

Wish I could give it less than that. I was told to call on Monday morning for assistance. Just for them to say they aren't giving out rental assistance. They are a complete scam and never help anyone

Great place to park for the 4th of July fireworks, hardly any traffic. Also have an assortment of awesome programs for all.

No help for rental assistance. They say to call on Mondays to get help but somehow I can never get through until all if their rental application are given away. I literally called back to back for over an hour but could not get through. It would automatically go to the VM or it would ring for a long time and then I would be sent to VM. I understand they are the ones offering the assistance that I need but they just need to be honest about the process. I find it hard to believe that anyone was able to get through if I wasn’t able to considering how many times I called today. Smh

Donation boxes are rusty and medieval. Very inconvenient. The staff was very nice.

I love this place I have hit on rough time and had to get food..I got enough to make meals for 3 days.They watch the dates and not give expired food.And you get treated with kindness.Thank you so much.

Went here to this locations to drop off some "Angel Tree" gifts. It doesn't make sense to me but unfortunately they have closed local drop off areas, all 4 (sarcastically) locations are way out the way for me but children shouldn't be punished for strange adult choices. The drop off area wasn't well explained nor labeled so I had to stumble upon it and luckily found it. Things should be better organized, especially with the big changes that they made.Hopefully next year more local, convenient, better organized locations will be back open.
