Broke my wife wipers and wiper motor. We took it to a shop because the man that replaced the windshield stated my wipers stopped working after the windshield was replaced which I’m not sure how and they were working perfectly fine. We contacted them to check out the wipers again since we’re under warranty, a different man came out claiming it was the “wiper motor”. So after taking it to the body shop, it was found that they damaged the motor forcing the wipers to be moved when installing the windshield. After telling the manager and they were AWARE they damaged it months ago… we finally went to the store to address the situation & ask why hasn’t the manager contacted us about getting the car in and the issue fixed. He didn’t have a valid reason, the attitude was STANK & over $700 was spent getting wipers and motors fixed when they knew their employee made this damage. It’s like they didn’t expect me to come in about it & wanted me to brush it off. THATS A SAFETY HAZARD! I would never work with them again as long as that manager(Big heavy man with glass & plaque teeth) & ORLANDO GARCIA because he damaged my car.

The big heavy duty manager with the plaque on his teeth and missing nails has a disgusting attitude. Also he’s very argumentative with women and shows no professionalism!! Jugs employees damages your vehicle and doesn’t fix issues his location has created like breaking my wipers. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Safelite.

Everyone was extremely nice. Very little waiting done in a very routine manner. Explained everything from the beginning to the end. I appreciate them and would go back

Replaced windshield in one day. However, none of the sensors or intermittent wipers worked again. Tried to get in for warranty work and was very difficult to get scheduled. We ended up having to get it replaced and calibrated at dealership. Dealership said OEM windshield was not used (We requested) and install & Calibration was not done correctly. Avoid at all cost

I had my windshield replaced in my Mazda due to the joys and surprises of 285. I looked around at a few places first, but Safelite was quick to respond. When it came time for the appointment, they were on time and accurate with how long it would take. Super easy process during a stressful time. Hopefully I never get another cracked window again, but if I do, I'm only headed to this crew. 10/10

This is my second time with Safelite. The first time they came to me. This time I went to them. I arrived a few minutes early for a windshield replacement and was out in just about an hour. Excellent experience. 5/5 cracked windshields. Would replace again.

Great experience. Easy to book an appointment and get a quote through their online system. They had our windshield replaced in about an hour and did a great job!

This is actually the worst experience I’ve ever had at any car-related appointment and the process has been laughable every step of the way. Safelite is a joke. Their incompetence is honestly unmatched and they cannot seem to do anything correct or in a timely manner. Safelite in general has been horrible, but this Marietta location has been especially awful. There have been issues with their communication, lying about the service and process, not following through with their promises, dragging out this process (2 months and counting currently), and horrible customer service… just to name a few. After this process I can confidently say I will never work with Safelite again. They definitely ruined it for me!

Unbelievably amazing service and a pleasure to work with. Came in with multiple issues with both front and rear windows on my truck and received top notch service. Team went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough

No alive people answer the phone at all. I tried several locations of this Company; all calls go to the same message. They are too cheap to hire alive person.

Safelite call center worker straight up lied to me. I scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement. I dropped off my car in the morning. I called at 3pm asking if it was ready, the employee said "I see them working on it right now, it will be ready within an hour". When I arrived an hour later, they hadn't even started on the replacement, so I canceled my appointment and took my business elsewhere. Why would they lie about something like that?

I had an appointment set for almost 2 weeks, the day of service they tell me they don’t have the glass. Well you read the message. “Good morning, my name is Tiffany with Safelite. I am reaching out to let you know we did not receive your glass. We will be reaching out to reschedule.” Now what does that mean? This place is a joke.

Helped a friend drop off their car for a windshield replacement. Easy to get to. Staff was very helpful. Originally told it might take all day, job was done, professionally and correctly, in 2 hours.

Horrible customer service. Can’t get in contact with store directly as no one picks up the phone. People are already dealing with the inconvenience of a damaged car, so why would you make things more complicated? I’d give 0 stars if I could.
