They do amazing work on wheels. This is the place to go. Only issue .. if you have a Rivian, make sure to look under the vehicle with the person that checks you in. I even brought jacking pads and stressed in person to use the jacking pads only. They insisted they used my jacking pad, but I’m fairly certain they used it incorrectly. The jacking pad itself (never used) is pretty well chewed up on both top and bottom.. and under the vehicle it’s obvious something was used to either hold it up, or jack it up incorrectly. All the marks were fresh, but the shop insisted the pad / puck was used correctly .. this is the spot where it was lifted incorrectly ( the truck was only lifted once previously by Rivian at Rivian .. and I’m certain this didn’t exist prior ..

I had a great experience. I was in and out . It was so straight forward and fast. Deana was amazing very professional. The older gentleman was also amazing . I dropped my car off on Thursday due to a cracked wheel . I gave Ana My make model and wheel size . I was quoted a price and that was the price at pick up. . I was able to pick my car up that Friday and had no problems since . Thanks so much . Amazing team .

Wheels look great! They also repaired a crack in one of the rims that I didn't know that I had. They started on time and finished when they said they would. I would highly recommend their service.

I would definitely recommend RTP Customs hands down. Their work is top notch and level of detail is excellent. I shopped around and came back to RTP based on their track record, instagram site that showcases a TON of their work. My Audi A5 Sportback now has the look of newer 2024 models thanks to their workmanship. I've received numerous complements on my new shiny red brake calipers!
