Portable oxygen concentrator was delivered yesterday; charger does not work. When I called after hours contact, I was told no service until after holiday week-end. I can't go out of my apartment for three days! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Rotech sucks. Complete lack of integrity. Zero customer service skills. They just want access to your insurance and your bank account so they can fleece you. Don't do business with Rotech unless you like being ripped off.

Absolutely terrible to deal with we have had issues getting my oxygen from day one. They have said multiple times that they are delivering my oxygen tanks. One time the delivery driver just didn’t show up or contact us at all and another time my delivery order was canceled. Customer service is unhelpful. I have been waiting over 5 days to have my oxygen tanks delivered.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I've had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with this company starting in 2021 when they let me run out of oxygen TWICE, despite me placing my orders 2 whole weeks in advance. Now on to this unfortunate encounter in 2023, I spoke with Tammy 4/12, at which time she advised my cpap supply would be delivered by UPS on 4/13. Well it's 4/17 and nothing has been delivered. Called back, spoke with Shanna and was told nothing had ever been ordered and the address I provided Tammy had never even been entered, she transferred me to another office, at which time I was told by Lilliana that they won't be providing my supplies, because I should be ordering from a completely different company for which of course they had no contact info. Hospitals and Dr,s offices, PLEASE STOP referring patients to them. They have no concern for patients needs or well-being.

My experience with the staff at this location has been by far the most incredible ever. Kind, compassionate and helpful all describe the people in this building. I am truly blessed to have found such an amazing group of healthcare staff. My Heroes !!They had a CPAP machine when all other places my insurance carrier sent me to were 6 months to a year out due to the shortages. They got me in there within a week and worked with me on how to use it. I am truly thankful, especially to Ms Nordin who knew exactly what worked for me and my needs. Micheal was great too!! The billing staff was very helpful and incredibly kind. I recommend this DME store to all !!I am Blessed to have found them !!

Terrible to deal with. I have been trying to get a new CPAP machine for almost 5 months (my prescription was sent to them in Oct 2022). I finally was able to speak with a competent person on the phone and they pushed my order through. I showed up to get my machine (by appt they scheduled) and they said the paperwork had not been completed and sent me home. They even said they couldn't find my account after I had verified everything with the person on the phone. Very frustrating from the very beginning. I will never deal with this company again for CPAP supplies, etc.

First time CPAP machine user. My doctor sends me here. I had TWO choices of masks and the machine I was given looks like it is from 1990. Takes up 75% of my nightstand. My co-worker just started using CPAP as well, but her supplier had an entire showroom with about 20 different mask styles to choose from (that she got to try on). I feel ripped off, since I am literally paying the same amount of money as her. The technician who assisted me was courteous & professional, that was the only good thing about this place. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that the supply office looks like a hoarder's nest, even saw a roach climbing on the equipment. I can't say that every ROTECH location is like this, but AVOID THIS ONE!!

Douglasville and Marietta offices both offered atrocious customer service. Days late on pick up and delivery of oxygen tanks.

Frustrated!! I did my sleep study and it took over a month for them to call me to get my equipment. When they did call they had my name and records mixed up with someone else. The Resp tech was very kind however I was never told I needed to notify them within 30 days with any issues or I would be stuck. I noticed I was getting bruises from my mask and it was leaking. The person (Danielle) that answers the phone told me I was out of luck because it had been 35 days. She claimed she would have the resp therapist contact me but 3 weeks and 4 messages later and still nothing. Beyond Frustrated

This company is terrible. Was supposed to have oxygen tanks delivered for my mom coming into town and they never showed up. I get a receptionist who answers after hours and promises someone will call me back with details but this company does not care. I guess we’ll be staying the night at the hospital because we never got our order we were supposed to receive 8 hours ago. I can’t believe company’s operate like this in health care where peoples lives actually depend on their product. This review doesn’t even deserve one star.

I personally have had dealings with the office in Marietta for 4+ years and have always had exceptional response to my inquiries. I believe the girls who helped me were Jill and Tammy. Keep up the good customer service!

Don't look for help here, they just want to bill your insurance and try to force more product on you when you don't need it. The put me in for automatic shipments that I didn't authorize and it took better than 6 months to get my credit even after they admitted that it was their error to have put me on the auto ship.

Having trouble receiving the equipment I need for my Trilogy machine. It's been over three weeks and due to lack of communication on their part, I am still waiting for a simple mask and tube. I am being considerably patient. I regret having to leave a negative review but it's becoming redundant.

Great tech that came to house to deliver oxygen after being released from hospital..Explained how everything worked and left his cell in case we needed him.But the office staff was beyond terrible. It took 7 calls to schedule the pick up theEquipment. Had to call corporate to get it handled.
