Fun Fact: the processing company determines the amount to "hold" on a card when you put your card in at the pump. The cashiers have no control over such matters. And noone is stealing your money. Please call and talk to your bank institute and learn that the "hold" will be reversed.I personally never pay at the pump no matter the gas station. Cause ALL gas stations do this.I feel sorry for cashiers. People treat them like garbage.

I stopped here on yesterday Oct 4 2018 at about 1:30 pm to purchase some premium gas. I put 25.01 in my car using my debit card. Got my receipt for 25.01 shortly after leaving i was notified by txt alert that my card had a $126 hold on it from this store so I immediately called bk to the st o re to explain what happened and wanted to know why they placed a 126.00 hold on my card and the clerk was rude as hell. She told me to call my bank because my bank is the one placed a hold and I had already called my bank and they told me that the merchant was the placed the hold. I tried calling again to speak with the manager and they had a fax machine linked to their store phone. Im highly upset about this because simply my car wont hold 126. 00 in gas at a single transac use use. Im going by their tthis morning and try to get this resolved. If no avail, I will alert the law enforcement regarding this matter. I have no money for a person or a business to steal from me.

The staff isn't exactly rude, but most definitely unwelcoming and unpleasant. I don't recommend coming here unless you literally have no gas. Even then I would highly suggest going to the Citgo next door. Update: went back again purely for the sake of convenience. Yet again I ask the staff “Hey how are you doing?†And yet again I am completely ignored and their reply is “Swipe your cardâ€. I say have a good night and their response is nothing. They just continue their conversation. How is this place still open. The customer service is non-existent. I ask to speak to a manager and their reply was “Noâ€. I walked out immediately. Pathetic excuse of a staff.

Political sign that was large hand written on their lawn yesterday that was anti american. It read...... Trump is for billionaires Handel is for Trump. vote Ossoff has forever lost this business my support. Ossoff is not even a resident of the district he was running for. And blatantly disrespecting PRESIDENT Trump is not a stand a wise business should have made. Boycott the anti Americans!

Went in this evening to grab gas and some lottery tickets. I got $30 worth of Gas and about $40 in lottery. I decided to scratch my Tickets in my truck as the gas was pumping. So, as im scratching, I see the clerk that rung me up walking toward the truck. Asking me "Are u okay"...my response was yes..... Im scratching my tickets. .....she said don't forget your gas..... At this point I'm wondering if she was okay. Lol as I saw my gas had finished pumping. I won some on my lottery and went back in to cash out and get some more. I notice she's not able to be seen, but watching camera in the back. As I'm the only one in the parking lot. Shortly after Cobb county pulls up like as if she had called them. I'm like wow I can't even spend money here without the clerk acting like I'm suspicious when I'm spending money. I'll NEVER be back!!!!

This place is awesome!! All the staff here are great people! The way they treat people is amazing and its hard to find people that still believe in good customer service. Im constantly in this store and it honestly has everuthing to do with how they treat people.

Why is Jennifer a manager, all I see her do is talk down on her staff. How can she talk about her staff to customers. This store has some issues. I heard her talk about smoking weed with Janice. Figured out yesterday who Janice is. She is on of the staff.
