Brittany and Ernesto were awesome to deal with. Absolutely no pressure, and while I had other dealerships lined up to speak with, I made the call to buy here based on the car, the price, but most importantly, the people. I have purchased many cars over the years and have been to countless used car dealerships throughout Georgia, but this one was different. Brittany was probably the most honest owner that I have ever delt with. There were no pushy sales tactics, no hidden fees or pressure to purchase additional products that would have made her more money on the sale. The vehicle I purchased was a one owner vehicle with no reported accidents and had over 20 service records inside the glove department. The vehicle was priced below market value and I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in. I cannot say enough good things about Brittany and her dealership. If you are in the market for a used car, I would highly recommend coming here first.

So fast and they are great! When they know you want a certain car, they will do anything they can to help you get in it! Would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a used car!Edit 4 years later: car was totaled. I wish I went back to Right Auto than going to a dealership. Dealership experience was... Not for me. Still reccomend Right Auto for anyone in the area looking for a fair priced vehicle. I would literally drive the 16 hours back to GA to get a car from them the next time I need one.

Fast and efficient service, friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with at any dealership, and prices are great for the value. They are very straight the point and didn’t hesitate to answer any and all questions I had. Nesto, the salesman, was so helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent customer service. This is the only place I’ll buy a used car moving forward. They’re super selective about the cars they sell which means no lemons or hidden problems. They’re not pushy or gimmicky and you can feel the integrity. Just good clean cars for good prices. Shout out to Brittany and Nesto who went above and beyond for us! I love my new car.

This car buying experience was fantastic. I purchased the Jeep XJ over the internet from Texas. The first person I spoke with was Brittney, she explained the process and emailed all the docs over quickly. I also worked with Nesto who took pictures and videos for me. We arranged for the vehicle to be transported and it was all done. I love the fact they are honest, responsive and fair. Jim Thornton, the owner, is among the most customer-oriented sellers I have encountered. He is very personable, easy-going, unpretentious, and has a "No BS" attitude. He gave us a bottom-line, no-haggle price and made everything concerning the potential sale clear, concise, and hassle-free. We took the car we were interested in buying to Roswell Auto Center (Look it up; I did a review of this business a while ago.), which found a problem with the car, the cost of repair which neither Jim nor we were willing to absorb, so we were unable to conclude the sale of this car, and for that reason, I give Right Auto four stars. Had we completed the sale, five stars would have been appropriate.

I bought a car from here June 2020And it’s coming up on a year I haven’t had any issues with the car to date. Thank you Jim for helping put me and my mama in new (used) cars the same day. We will definitely consider Right Auto for our next purchase bc we got some really great cars. Passed emissions no issues. Rides good. I am so glad we saw right auto just passing by (I was car searching at the time but didn’t consider a small car lot..happy I did). Anybody who needs reliable used car should go to Right Auto. I purchased a vehicle here for my daughter today. I had gone to several other places the past few days and wish I started here. The quality of vehicles were excellent compared to the other places. From the test drive to the actual purchase everything went smoothly. I'll be referring Jim and right auto to anyone I know.
