Nick and Tiffany where awesome!!! First in class service. I was THAT guy who went to Webstuarant store. DONT do it! Local real businesses like these are rewarding to work with. Again, the service was unmatched; its like they are workig out of your back office in your equipment department.

I LOVE this restaurant supply house. Simply amazing, loves Jim when he was there running it and Tad and Tiffany are the best. Great customer service hands down! All the staff are really nice and helpful. You must visit. I been going here 5 years and have bought all my restaurant equipment from here now I'm 4 restaurants later.

I was completely blown away by the service I received this past Monday. I was in need of a 3 compartment sink and I needed it quick as the other suppliers I had contacted just kept giving me the run around. Nick was very professional, knowledgeable and nice to top it off. Luckily they had what we were looking for in stock and it was actually able to be delivered the same day. Nick went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful! If you are looking for a place for your restaurant needs, look no further as they will take excellent care of you! Highly, highly recommend!

What a great company!! We bought a bunch of restaurant equipment that we needed for a seminar space. The owner actually talked me OUT of buying a couple things that I thought I needed. He saved me a couple grand with his advice, which coincidentally was spot on. Also, a proofer oven was dead on arrival and we didn't' realize it for a couple months. When we realized it, we called RSI, they gave us the warranty company, and the warranty company shipped the replacement part THE VERY SAME DAY! I couldn't recommend these guys more. Fantastic company!
