My mother and came to this location to get a $90 money order the teller was incompetent. The girl that was working the drive-through and second teller at the door. Any time he asked a question he came up from the back to explain that he was new, so if he was so new why he didn’t have a trainer standing beside him to show him how to do a money order, that’s my biggest understanding that he was new and everyone that he acts in the bank. The big guy in the red shirt didn’t have time for him. He completely ignored him. The girl work in the drive-through stayed on her phone completely ignored her. I mean him she only got up when a car pulled up and every once in a while, a customer came in and did a deposit and withdraw and we was there for over 10 minutes my mother on a cane we had to grab a chair to sit at the tailor. The professionalism at this location is the worst I’ve already advise mother to close her

My Granny came to this location to get a $90 money order from her own account this place and the employee in it made her feel racially discriminated and the teller was poorly trained this branch need to be cleaned house from top to bottom

They never solved my problem and they didn’t give me any reason. I went to a different branch and just like that my account was opened but took this branch 2 weeks and they were not able to do it.

I DID HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE LONGER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED BUT THEY WERE HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER. SO I APPRECIATED THEIR THOROUGHNESS WITH THAT CUSTOMER WHILE MULTITASKING WITH MY SITUATION AND WORKING TOGETHER WITH THE TELLERS TO HELP EVERY CUSTOMER GET THE HELP NEEDED. MY HATS OFF TO THE MANAGER OF THAT BRANCH ON THAT DAY!

The bankers at Regions Bank at Macland Crossing are friendly, professional and caring. They know how to inform customers so that they are able to make the best financial decisions. In addition the bankers know many of their customers by name, which gives banking with them a family friendly feel. All of my experiences as a Regions' customer have been positive, but the employees at Regions at Macland Crossing have made my experiences pleasurable.

Has the worse manager on earth he doesnt care about customers if he dont like u u r screwed then period he plays favorites he is horribly rude and arrogant and a real p***** God help his family for having him in the family hes a curse on the world period and i have had several bad experiences at this location to leave and go to the cobb dr. Location and they r sweetheart there i can see why regions is suffering. They need new employees and managers with better manners that actually care about there customer bc the ones there right now hate everyone god they must lead horrible lives to act like that i feel so sorry for them i'm gonna go pray for them lol
