If i could give zero stars i would give triple zero stars. They are racists I tried to open up bank account I gave all the documents requested than they had me sitting there for an additional 20 minutes with my newborn child just to tell me they cant use my statement i provided . which she could of said that when i gave her the documents when we first sat down because clearly she knew that already or she was lying. Than as i proceeded to leave and pick up the business card she had gave me when We first sat down she told me I could not take it she needed it back. Why give me your business card just to take it back that was really rude and weird no customer service at all I felt she was racially profiling me and I am going to make a complaint with corporate

Tonya is truly one of the best bankers at Regions. I will be using this branch especially to see her! Exceptional customer service. She helped us get all of our accounts organized when me and my husband got married. She also is super quick to help and works with you to find a solution.

I visited this location to simply withdraw 100.00 last year. I had no intentions on writing a review as I was sure I would have received a phone call apologizing for the racist behavior towards myself from their bankers. I went inside the bank as an African American woman with my Afro on my head. I had over 200,00 in this bank, my mortgage attached, 3 investments, and 5 different bank accounts. Silly now as the FDIC only insures up to 250,000 as I"m now glad I have removed a lot of my money. This branch did not try to assist me in walking in but looked at me like I was not up to there standings. I requested to make a withdrawal. They ask me for my license. I provided it to them. After 10 more minutes, they ask me for more identifying information, I gave it to them. 10 minutes later they lied saying their system was down. 10 more minutes later. Then I receive a call from my mother saying the branch is trying to reach her. Then I received a call from my primary regions bank and ask what is going on. I said I don't know I'm making a 100.00 withdrawal. She said they called her branch to ask if I was me. The hell, like I provided my license and my identifying information. I have all this money in the bank and you are rejecting me my money. They like they were having bank trouble. I walked out of there with no money. I have never felt so disgusted and racially profiled in my life. I have always banked with regions, but now I'm not sure if this is the right company for me. I made a complaint x2. I never received an email or call apologizing in regards to this behavior. I have closed all my investments, majority of bank accounts, closed my mortgage, and have limited operations at this bank. It's obvious that Regions supports the mistreatment of African Americans. I have visited other branches that did not treat me this way, however this one branch does not get away with the mistreatment of the minority population.

Bank only carries bills up to $50 and teller encourages you to go back outside and use ATM when you walk in.

I was excited when they built this Regions by my house. Finally, I wouldn't have to drive so far to go to the bank I trusted. However, this location has no soul. Everything is electronic kiosks/ATMs. You even have to give them your debit card when you make a deposit or request any other service with a real human at the window. It's just all very impersonal/robotic. I'll just drive down the street to the Dallas location, where the staff treats you like more than just a number.
