I never leave reviews for anything, but I am making an exception for this. Last year my landlord told me that they were going to sell the house that I have been living in for the past 10 years. So I got online and started looking for places to rent and was amazed at the outrageous pricing for a two bedroom apartment was. And I got depressed because I couldn’t afford they asking price and so of my other bills. And, so I got to thinking that if I’m going to pay that much for an apartment I might as well see if I could buy a home and possibly have a small amount. Because, it was that or I was going to move up north and live with my mom for a while. So, was talking to my boss about my situation and what my plans were. And my boss recommended that I contacted Wendy Bunch because she helped her find a house a few years ago. So I contacted Wendy and told her what I was looking for and she started sending me houses within my price range and after seeing some I finally found something that just called out to. I just closed on it this week and I couldn’t be happier. Wendy made this journey effortlessly and painlessly. When I started this journey I was nervous and scared cause I’ve never bought a house before. But, she made my nervousness go away and I was no longer scared. Wendy was so happy beat happy throughout the whole process and I think she happier than I was when I closed on the house. Thank you Wendy for all that you did.

Wendy is the BEST.An employee at my business came to me to tell me he was moving out of state. His landlord had sold the property and my employee was going to have no where to go. I immediately connected him to Wendy.The process was NOT easy (is it ever?!).But Wendy is incredible. Through her creativity, resources, and relationships - she helped make it happen.Yesterday, my employee closed on his first house! My employee can't stop talking about how helpful and kind Wendy is.Not only did she help my employee, but she helped keep a fantastic employee at the business.I'd give her more stars than 5 if Google let me!

I have had the pleasure of using Wendy Bunch and her fantastic team in many stages of my home ownership journey. You won't find a more knowledgeable,hard working, and responsive team. Her team helped us find the perfect first home and also helped us sell at top dollar during a shifting market. Wendy is without a doubt the best person that we could have chosen to help find our first home. She is so attentive and made sure that my husband and I had the easiest home buying experience. She genuinely took care of us in a way that was above and beyond what I could have asked for. She answers any and all questions in a truthful way and your best interest is her best interest. We were nervous since this was our first home buying experience but as soon as we found Wendy we were so grateful because we truly learned so much about the process and were quickly able to find our home that checked all of our boxes. I always felt that there was constant communication for any questions and availability anytime we wanted to look at a house. We will never use anybody else for our real estate needs!!

AMAZING from A - Z and start to finish! Wendy, Gabby, and the whole Bunch Team were a blessing to me when selling my late Dad's home. They went out of their way to help me with every step of the process. The constant communication, as well as the new up-to-date apps & selling websites, allowed me to follow along with the whole selling process. They really went to bat for me on different occasions and looked out for my best interests as the seller. Wendy & Gabby went out of their way to talk with me by phone, email, and text and explain certain aspects of the sales process. I literally had five different offers to field during the first 11 days listed. You won't be disappointed with Wendy, Gabby, and her team--I PROMISE!

I was struggling with 3 estate properties that I needed to sell. Wendy jumped right in and made me feel like I was in good competent hands. She held my hand through the process and kept me updated on everything she was working on. She also called and checked on my well being during this hard process. Wendy sold us our house 6 years ago and last month did an amazing job selling it for us. in between she became a great friend and an ambassador for Marietta. She convinced us to ask a price we never felt we would get and delivered in a matter of days. she took control all the way and removed all the stress. she is the best and she has a great support team.

We couldn't have asked for a better Realtor to work with. The whole group is very professional; if we had a question or problem it was handled quickly. If we called for Wendy and she was not available at the moment, her assistant would help us and then have Wendy call us as soon as she was available. She went over and above what is normal. With us having a buying cancel out 2 hours before closing put us in a tail spin to say the least. Our furniture was on it's way to Florida and there we were with an empty home and no sale. Wendy did everything she could to talk with the buyers that backed out to see if something could be worked out. They wouldn't talk to her. She put the house back on the market; they had several Open Houses trying their best to get it sold again. They would go check on the empty house; kept the front cleared of leaves to keep it looking nice. They would go in the house to make sure all was ok in their too. They finally did get it sold again. They worked hard as a team led by Wendy. Since we have moved out of state - we won't need her again, but I certainly would recommend her to those I still have contact with in GA. Wendy also recommend a realtor for us in Florida. Jennifer turned out to be another Wendy. She went over and above in helping us in many ways with buying a house here. She has also become a good friend.

Wendy and her Re/Max team did an absolute stellar job of listing, promoting and managing our home. This was our first time selling a home, so we had a bit of anxiety going into the unknown. Not only did Wendy and her team take on selling our home as first time sellers, but did so in the middle of a pandemic. So, needless to say our "unknown" anxiety of what to expect was pretty high going into the process. Wendy and her team jumped on the listing, shot amazing photography, blasted the property to all social media and home buying apps immediately and within 3 days we had multiple offers over listing price on the table. Fast forward a month later, we signed, closed and moved to another state ready to begin our new life. I can't thank Wendy and her team enough, they will always be our first call.
