I called 3 days ago and asked if they can repair a Ford F-350 trailer brake controller and he said yes, when I called today he said no and hung up on me....customer service SUCKS

We went and picked up our TV he had repaired (LED back light) Saturday June 11th 2022. Took it home and it didn't even play for 6 hours before the picture went out again. That's B.S. after having to pay 265 bucks to have it repaired and having to drive approx 180 miles over all this ! Going to get our money back today June 13th 2022. Totally unacceptable service.

These guys are the worst! charged $60 for a 5 minute service call in which my wife told the guy what we needed. Came for the service repair and then said we need a plumber to remove the washer so he could do the repair and then left. No phone call nothing. Stole $60 from us. Stay away from this company.

BEWARE!! I brought in my receiver to be repaired. It took two months for them to tell me it was not fixable. When I went to pick it up I was told it was still disassembled. I went back three more times over another two months and was told the same thing. When it was finally assembled I picked it up and it was all scratched up and had a HOLE burned in the face from a soldering iron!! When I questioned the owner he stated “well it won’t affect the sound quality” this place is a joke!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!

I unfortunately have a very expensive JVC 3-D projector that stopped working. JVC said there were only two facilities in the US that could repair it: Chicago and Houston. I looked all over ATL for someone that would even attempt to work on it. RER was the only one I found. For half of what it would cost me to ship it - they diagnosed the problem and for a fraction of what it would cost me to have the authorized service center repair it RER had it back to me in a week. Theater is back in business!

I would not recommend. You have to constantly contact them for updates on your television repairs and there seems to be no sense of urgency which is probably why it appears more like a TV pawn shop rather than an actual repair shop.

Remember this address, this owner keeps changing the business name and putting up fake 5 star reviews. I dealt with him and had poor results, after nearly misplacing my equipment and disputing what I dropped off to him he finally found it. Beware doing business if you have to, make sure to take a picture of equipment with serial numbers and just to be sure a pic of him standing next to your stuff.
