These guys have a good selection, but the counter guys are really stressed out. One of the younger guys was helpful and got me what I needed. Two of the older guys were arguing back and forth about how they were each too busy to help the next customer.

Notice how Blake Buckler claims how his staff is trained in all his reviews yet I'm supposed to call to address my questions? I already did! That's why I call! I got no answers. When I called!

Made a call out to them. They asked 2 questions then hung up. Was recommended by the manufacturer of Duxxbak Dekk. A product I used before. I highly recommend getting a distributor from out of the state to supply Duxxbak. I've wondered why we had our materials delivered from Illinois on all of our previous builds. Very unprofessional and naive staff.

First of all, I’m very perplexed with myself that after living in Woodstock for over 22 years, I had not even heard of the name Randall Brothers or PMC. With that out of the way, let me start with why and how I came across them. I started a fairly extensive home addition project, adding about 280 Sq. Ft. of living space and another 1360 sq. Ft. of Garage/workshop space. After some struggles and frustration trying to find someone to help me do a framing materials list (learned a new word "Take-off") I was about to drive up north to 84 lumber (far out of my way) as they were the only ones I could find that offered to do the take-off. Fortunately they could not do roof trusses so I called my roof truss provider who referred me to Steve at Randall Brothers for my take-off.
I called Steve and left a message on a Friday afternoon. He called me back in about an hour and within 5 minutes of explaining my situation he said please send me your plans and give him a couple of days. It was late Friday afternoon, so I cancelled my appointment with 84 lumber and gave Steve the weekend. By Monday he was contacting me with details. The first quote had me concerned as it was over my budget, as soon as I mentioned that to him in text, he immediately called me and went through it line by line very patently until I understood my mistakes in sizing my windows and doors. By Thursday he had a full package with multiple deliveries in his system ready to ship my framing package! All within my budget and the prices were comparable or better for the most part than I had planned for and the materials being of better quality than my projections. Steve was masterful in reading the plan and making sure I have all the materials I need but also making sure I stay out of trouble with county inspections and have a high quality build. For example, having tempered glass windows where I need them, better quality doors and windows when the cost was similar, etc. I felt like he was caring for this as if it were his own home! He made me feel he was doing my GC work for me! Once the project started, he made me comfortable enough that I felt I can call or text him any time for any questions and he is always there to help. I can go on and on about the level of effort and detail Steve has put into every bit of my build but this is already becoming quite the epic story. To say I could not have pulled this off without Steve is an understatement. But there’s more, every delivery so far has been perfect, exactly as ordered and even when I thought I was missing something, Steve was able to pull up the delivery photos and tell me exactly where the item was. As for the deliveries, every driver Jose, Thomas and Jose (different Jose) were unbelievably accommodating and made every effort to make my life easier. They took extra care and extra effort every time to ensure my supplies were placed where I need them and saved me money in manual labor in moving materials around the build site. Sorry I didn’t catch the names of the 2 guys that delivered the doors and windows but they were very nice and hand delivered everything to the back of the property. So far my experience has been exceptional with every person I have been in contact with. Even during the holidays when Steve was out of the office on vacation his back up Craig was looking out for me making adjustments to my orders as I needed to keep me on schedule and notified me when my window and doors arrived to avoid delays! just WOW! The only real disappointment has been that they don't sell everything so there are times I’m forced to go elsewhere. I sincerely appreciate all the effort Steve and everyone at Randall Brothers has put into my project and I am very grateful. I can't wait to refer them to family or friends for their building supply needs.

We bought all the materials from them for our deck railing. They were phenomenal! They got the materials in quickly and delivered them quickly. They made sure the delivery was convenient for us. They went above and beyond. All materials were perfect and accounted for! I thought about ordering from someone else who was less expensive, but their reviews were iffy. This company is wonderful, very fast, friendly and on their game!! Would definitely recommend!

This company is excellent. I recently ordered some interior doors from them and their customer service is amazing. They are fairly priced on products, take care of orders quickly and follow-up with customers as well. I would highly recommend Randall Brothers.

Randall Brothers (previously PMC) is a great build supply distributor with wonderful staff and a great selection of basics and specialty items. The counter guys are always helpful, knowledgeable, and work incredibly hard to keep up with the high demand for sales advice. I have enjoyed the help and support from the counter and their direction to improve my projects. Their lumber is superior to many other retailers, the selection for trex and timbertech is impressive, and they have better lead times and delivery to many others.

My Contractor had Randall Brothers provide a bid for windows. As we are replacing 30 windows, I went to the Marietta showroom to see the windows for myself. Got there right at 7. Folks behind the counter pretty much ignored me. Finally, Tom asked if he could help. I showed him the 2 Randall Brothers bids and asked to see the windows. He gave me verbal directions, but clearly, as there are MANY displays of windows, and I wasn't not clear which were which, he did get up off his stool and show me where they were, then walked off. I went back and asked for clarification as the window number on my bid did not match any of the numbers on the windows in the showroom. Another guy near by showed me what that meant. I also asked about the warranty ..his comment, "Look at the glass." I did, and did not see this information. His tone, body language, and lack of help left no doubt that I was a complete bother--even though he saw my window bids were 10K and 20K. I told my contractor about him and told him if they did not have a relationship with Randall Brothers, I would have walked out and spent my 10-20K elsewhere. Then I got on-line to leave a review and see that this is a systemic problem with Randall Brothers. Blake Butler, the manager, replies politely to all the negative comments...but clearly, that's not helping the problem. Blake, train your folks to provide customer service--and you should expect them to provide excellent service to every customer-- or fire them.

I have ordered 6 pieces of rustic seder boards. One of them was defective. I asked person who gave it to me to replaced it. He said these are the last ones. I came back to sales person and it turns out they have plenty. As well had to wait in line for a long time while there were only 3 customers. Sales persons were on phone most of the time.
