After having a not so good experience with my previous insurer I was a bit hesitant to give this location a try . But after speaking with Kevin Rocha at the Charles Agency reassured me that I really am in good hands . He was very thorough and took his time to go over my policy . As some of you may know premiums have been on a rise , but with his knowledge and him being informative really gave me a peace of mind and can we also add great customer service ? these are things you no longer see anymore but I’m glad to know that the Charles Agency has brung amazing coverage and hope in this side of town .
