This racetrac is supposed to be 24 hours and they’re always closing the doors at 9 or 10 o’clock and it’s a 24 hour location it’s ridiculous and no communication from the worker that’s in there.

Says it’s 24/7 but a man with locs refused service. Not 24/7, change time on website. Going to QT instead, at least it’s dependably.

When my husband and I arrived at this location, my husband went to go inside and was turned away and said no one could come in even though there was 2 employees inside at the time (9:10pm)After my husband finished pumping gas, we watched Kevin (only staff member there) let in a black couple. My husband then proceeds to go up to the door and asked Kevin why the couple was let in when he was turned away and Kevin told him that he was the only one there and he had to start cleaning soon so he didn't need customers in the store. The Cobb County police officer couldn't even get in the store (we saw this as we were leaving) but there were at least 10-12 people he would not let inside. This gas station is labeled as a 24/7 gas station... We spend quite a bit of money with Racetrac every month and honestly this is unacceptable especially with 2 employees inside.

Doors are locked after 10pm because 3rd shift has no staff, FYI! If you want the store to be open 24.7 COME APPLY ! :) bathrooms are closed at night for cleaning. GET OVER IT :) and no , the employees that cook don’t have to talk to you , it’s self serve !!!

Pulled up at 10:45pm, all of the lights were on but both doors were locked and there were no workers in sight. Google says "open 24/7" but that's a lie.

Visited 8/28/23 at 3pm. Employees behind the food prep area do not greet or even acknowledge customers, much less ask if you need any help. They talk amongst themselves, completely ignore you, and use profanity (the F word) with customers present. Food that was supposed to be fresh was dried out, especially the pizza. No employee was present at the cash register nor did anyone offer to ring me out. I understand that the sell check registers are helpful when the staff is busy but there was only a couple of other customers in the store besides myself. I do not work for RaceTrac.

Front door locked at 9:51PM. If store hours are random, clientele will make their habit to go to QT across the street.

Customer service is horrible. Walked into store grabbed a bag of chips and soda as I approached the counter I waiting for one of the workers to ring me up. As I stood there no one said anything and just looked at me. I went to the self checkout. Bathrooms are never clean. Always something sticky on the main floor!
