I love this RaceTrac location due to one employee that stands out in personal customer service and how he interacted with each and every customer is something that Troy should be able to instruct for new hires in the Corporate Office of RacteTrac . He is never without a smile on his face and respectful customer satisfaction.

So unprofessional how I walked in this store and had to stand in line as the two women cashiers complained loudly about how they have to work with men, purposely ignoring myself and the two men in front of me while they continued on bashing men. Normally I would ignore this behavior and keep going on but the ladies made it a point to make sure all of us heard them, and that we didn’t receive any professional customer service. If it was the other way around the men would have been fired for their hate speech. Just keep everything equal, if you wouldn’t allow men to say garbage like this don’t allow women to spit out trash like this in an open environment.

And once again like others have posted! At 11:10pm the worker hand motioned that they were closed EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE ADVERTISED AS 24HRS! Come on Ractrac you can do better than this! Now I have to go ACROSS TOWN to just get what I needed. RIDICULOUS! FIX IT

You can already imagine my job is construction in general and this is one of the stores that I frequent the most because there is always a Serca of your area and the customer service is very good of course there are other stores that I like but I visit it very often, even near where I am right now, I have been visiting it for about 6 years, even the people at the store call me and greet me by my name.
