A friend of mine referred me to Que. He replaced my Harmonic Balance on my 05 Honda Accord. What I noticed was, Que specializes more in German cars because he charged me $600 to replace a $60 Harmonic Balance. I felt it was a little steep but I didnt question his price. Later I was told that was a lot of money to replace a Harmonic Balance. Fast forward. I found a more reasonable mechanic. I got my timing belt and water pump changed. Upon the new mechanic changing out my timing belt and water pump, he noticed my Harmonic Balance had a crack in it. He called me to the back and showed me. I immediately called Que who changed that part out literally 4 months prior. We sent Que photos also. Que said to bring my car back to his shop and he will take care of it. I brought my car to Que, Que started accusing the mechanic of cracking the harmonic balance. I listened to Que and explained to him that I could not prove that, that mechanic cracked the Harmonic Balance, I have absolutely no proof. I explained to him, if there's a warranty, we can just get it replaced and leave it alone. Que said the only way he will replace the harmonic balance is if the other mechanic pay him for the labor. He then started saying I had to pay him for the labor... It was an entire mess. We all know there are recalls all the time on parts at BMW's, Audi's, Honda's, they call you to replace the part and they don't charge you a dime for labor. He had already charged me a arm and leg to replace my old Harmonic Balance... just to replace it bc it was cracked, he said I had to pay him labor. I am a grown woman when he and I was back and forth, he referenced me as
" girl". I would not recommend Que. Anything can happen to a part that's being replaced to your vehicle. Chances are there's a warranty that covers that part especially if that part was replaced less than 1 year. Regardless of someone's price, we don't argue whether we feel it's pricey or not... You expect if something were to happen to that part that, that your mechanic can gladly replace it without you having to pay labor again.
Que was very rude. Please go somewhere that honor your business. If something happens to a part being replaced to your vehicle, you want to make sure there's a warranty and your mechanic can replace it with no hassle.
I am having to have the new mechanic to take the harmonic balance off my vehicle, I have to take it to Que, wait 2 hours until his vendor sends it to him and take the harmonic balance back to my new mechanic to have him replace it.
No one should have to go through this.
Its so important to write reviews because you never know when this will be you and you'll have to go through this

I strongly endorse Q Auto Repair. Q has been maintaining my sister's vehicles for an extended period, and upon her recommendation, I decided to give him a try. His service was both professional and affordable, and unlike some other mechanics, he didn't keep my car for weeks or months. I recently had the water pump on my 2018 BMW X2 replaced by Q, and the entire job was completed in just one and a half days.

Unpleasant experience! Spoke to Q about getting services on my car, but every time I started talking he would walk off in the middle of our conversation! It got to the point where I just left. He was very rude. I will not be giving the shop any of my business.

A friend recommendation was the basis for my visit to Mr.Q. I brought my 2000 Mercedes w210 e430 to Mr.Q for repairs and was very satisfied. Mr.Q's friendly and knowledgeable service ensured a quick acquisition of parts at a considerably lower cost than larger repair facilities. My car was fixed the next day. My experience with Mr.Q was a very positive one and I highly recommend this shop.

Great customer service, he has serviced multiple cars for me from Jaguar, Maserati, and Mercedes. I prefer to take my car here over the dealership any day the prices are reasonable and he treats you like a human and not just another job. My Panamera S needed two front air suspension struts; an air compressor; and a battery. The dealership quoted me an astronomical amount (so much so that I considered getting rid of my vehicle). However, Q quoted me something much more reasonable and identified a coding/calibration issue with my emergency brake that the company who recently did my brakes, rotors and tires caused and agreed to fix free of charge once he explained it to them over the phone. He had my car repaired and back to me within 24 hours and it's running perfectly!

I brought my car in for a simple third brake light to be changed out and a flap for the sunroof being changed on a 2004 SL 500. The roof going down worked fine but one of the flaps that need to be snug and wasn’t snug anymore so he changed both flaps and the third brake light. When I picked up car he told me not to lower roof on my convertible as it was too cold and the hydraulics would possibly not work right or get damaged. When I got home and put car in the garage I waited till the next morning when it was warmer to check if roof went up and down properly. It didn’t. It actually didn’t move at all. I call the mechanic and asked him about it. He didn’t return call. I texted mechanic four times. He didn’t return text. I had to call the number of the garage where he said he would look at it but not till the following week since he was too busy. Then that week I called to say I would bring it in at 1 pm rather than 9 am because of schedule conflict. He said he couldn’t see it and now one month later he hasn’t returned my calls or scheduled the car to check the roof which I believe he damaged the mechanics that lower the roof on my car and won’t admit it.Why else would you say don’t lower your convertible top when picking it up after you fixed something initially to help the roof open and close properly. You would think that you would show it works. But he said the hydraulics would get messed up since it was around 33 degrees that day.I am waiting for this mechanic Q to fix my roof that I believe he damaged and he has not done what’s right thus I’m leaving this review. Please be cautious as he does not stand by his work. At least he didn’t with my car. I am waiting for a call and he has my number.
