Went in there with my spouse to get a puppy. They guy that helped us wouldn’t give me a direct price and kept dancing around the question. Made us feel very uncomfortable in the process. We left and went to Petland in Kennesaw and received much better service

Staff is so sweet and caring definitely lets you take your time to get to know and meet the right dog. They take care of their dogs and have reasonable prices. They take care of the place and keep it clean.

Cute puppies but the staff walks past you instead of asking if you need help. When you ask for help , they can’t because “it’s kind of busy” and they will walk away from you. Even though other customers who come in after you have been helped. Extremely Poor customer service. Manager stands there and acts clueless as to customers needing help as well.Expect to pay $4,000+ do yourself a favor and support another business.

The puppies there are cute and look healthy and clean. The crew at the store makes sure your hands are clean and the pups are safe at all times.I love how they take care of the pups and how the environment is super clean and safe. The staff is friendly and know their pups' info.

Do a little research before buying from these people. The first week home the dog began biting everyone in the house. Took her to the vet the same week for a check up. First thing the vet says is how well known they are for mistreating animals.Now I know why they lock you into no refunds, because they want to make sure their scam is successful.

The employees were kind and patient, however I did not get a full explanation that I was not really paying $3500 for a puppy with a financing plan.I made a mistake. I love my dog to bits, but not fully understanding that APR can ruin the payment plan is going to cost me 6k extra. They did not go over this. They did not explain I would be paying thousands more than what was on the paperwork. Do not buy from here, please visit somewhere else.

We got our little Peanut home today! We loved how all the staff cared about us and the dog. Echo was amazing and told us all the information in a clear way. She was really nice.We definitely recommend this place for getting your dog!

This PuppyLand was the best! They were so patient and explained everything to me when it came to getting my new puppy! Jordan and Tiffany were my Puppy Counselors and they were the best! Very Joyous and helped me out a lot! The staff couldn’t be any better!

We had an amazing experience at Puppyland, Megan was so patient and helpful with our family and we ended up finding the perfect puppy. So glad to find a puppy that comes from a reputable non puppy mill place. Highly recommend!
