Although I did not purchase my Lincoln from Pugmire, I do use their vehicle maintenance services. I have to say that Pugmire has always delivered exceptional service while making sure that the customer is their first and foremost priority.I also want to give a shout out to Bob, who always makes sure sure that I'm kept up to date with the status of my vehicle and is always transparent and informative.

Terrible service,terrible communication,Very argumentative.Been driving around for 6 weeks with heated seats on high in the back captains chairs I live most of the time in South Florida.Three different personnel at the dealership tried to tell me that my $115,000 Lincoln black label navigator did not come with rear heated, cooled and massage seats.Showed up two days ago to pick up my vehicle to take it in for service part of the black label concierge service. They were in a shared ride car and did not bring me a vehicle to drive. this is their mistake in the first place and when I called and told them I needed a car they told me I’d have to wait another 17 days. Again next week I’ll be driving around South Florida with rear seats on high heat.(unbearable)Service manager was rude and accusatory.

Shop was excellent to deal with. Bernard was very helpful and communicated throughout the process. No one wants to go to the shop but if you have to this is a good one to go to!
