Use Caution with them because they rely on their automated system TOO MUCH. For example, I requested a refill and the automated system said it would be available next day after 3pm. When it didn’t show up by the second day, I called a person and was told my request was DENIED. If they weren’t going to refill, they should have told me that to begin with. Now I have to call the doctor to get his order updated and wait for that to happen to get my refill.

Great service

Service is good. Prescriptions are easily filled. The prescription app works well. Drug pricing is competitive with similar pharmacies

After filling here for 4 years I can honestly say I’ve never felt like they’ve tried to help me. I always feel like I’m bothering them when I come to the counter. They roll their eyes at me when I ask for wait times. Don’t offer to transfer scripts if they go to the wrong location. Don’t ask if I’d like to talk to the pharmacist if I have a new medication. Just general bad customer service and patient advocacy, that is consistent every time I need to go to the pharmacy.

The head pharmacist on 12/6/22 refused to fill a prescription after my spinal injections. She was extremely rude to my aid picking up the prescription. People like her are extremely dangerous. DO NOT use this pharmacy. I can't speak about other Publix pharmacies, but this one has a staff member filling or not filling scripts based on her feelings over a spinal physicians instructions. I know Publix won't fire her, but they should assume some liability when she causes medical harm.

There has been multiple times where my family misses medication because the staff in this pharmacy tell me they are under staff. I’m sorry but this isn’t my problem when they are serving peoples health

I wanted to ask few basic questions before I checked out but the employee kept cutting me off, like she wanted to get rid of me as soon as she can. Thanks for letting me know that you don't give a damm about people's health when you work at a pharmacy.

I can’t believe someone left them a 1 star because they aren’t getting a free gift card for getting their flu shot.Because I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this pharmacy. I’m sure they’re dealing with staffing shortages and other issues as everyone else is, but they always get my prescriptions taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve heard of other pharmacies having major backlogs, and I haven’t experienced that with this one.

So some of the staff is knowledgeable and really worked to get the order for my son right. The lady who rung us up perhaps was new, regardless, one of the allergy meds was marked with the incorrect price, then she visibly upset when I requested she put the item back and checked the label to show me it was wrong by reading it out loud then saying she will address it with the pharmacist when she realized she was in fact incorrect. I had them flavor my sons antibiotic (for an up charge of $3 which is very reasonable) but on top of the fact she got flavoring all over the bag and bottle I can with 90% certainty say she put an excessive amount. It was foul, and for the 10 days he now smells like the flavoring, even his diapers smell like it and it was a struggle to even get it close to his mouth. They did not tell us the meds must be refrigerated which I should have verified but a little heads up would have been appreciated. Overall, they may be good… but the one lady who prepared and rung out our transaction was a -1/10 which when dealing with medication is unacceptable.

I wish I could give negative stars. Do not order catering platters here. So unprofessional... I had a over three hundred dollar order I even called confirmed and was told "I got you" a week before my order was to be picked up. We show up to stuff not made, missing platters and attitude. This was on my wedding day. As a bride the last thing I needed was a Publix's manager yelling at me on my day saying it is my fault because I didn't pick up the phone one hour before my order was due... You had 2 weeks to stock and prepare for my order sir. Then he passed me to an employee who said hello rudely in my ear then asked the name on my order like I was starting over. This store ruined my wedding food and it all looked terrible and tasted terrible what I got. I can't say enough bad things about my experience.

Hajar had an attitude while making my sandwiches. She overloaded it some much that there isn't any humanly way to even eat it. I get it if she's new and doesn't know how to put a sub together but she was pretty much throwing everything on it like she was pissed and giving me the stink eye. I could even put all the veggies on it that I wanted. Very horrible customer service.

Note Publix is not offering $10 gift cards for getting your flu shot. I was told that due to covid-19 they will not be honoring it this year.
