After months of delays with contractors we stumbled onto ProSource. It is already proving to be a better resource and has been of a greater value than months of dealing with incomplete quotes, partial information, and surprises. Great communicators, professional, straightforward, patient, and knowledgeable, we are looking forward to completing our project with ProSource playing a huge assist role.

As a GC new to GA, we were looking for a reputable flooring distributor to work with. We had never heard of ProSource before and given the name it sounded right up our alley. However, it most certainly was not. The prices are far from wholesale, and the fact that absolutely nothing is in stock creates a real problem for us as contractors (both because of wait time, but more importantly if you order too much or the pattern is nothing like the sample and you want to exchange it for something else - the shipping and restocking fees make it an impossible task). This is a store meant for homeowners who want to think they are getting a deal (they aren't, but that's besides the point).
