I do not recommend!!! My vehicle was hit by a friend/relative of one of their insured motorist and the claim took well over a month and a half to process. The claims adjuster, Ms. Angela, was very pleasant through the entire process, returned my calls, returned my emails and everything. The appraisers and the managers on the other hand is a different story! I exercised my right to file a Depreciation of Value claim and a Loss of Revenue. Mr. Eric made sure to go above and beyond asking me for all sorts of documents, I'm assuming to prove that the vehicle was mine. I supplied them with everything that they asked me for only for him to try to go against a contract that I was in, which by the way is documentation that would hold up in court, and etc. He then asked for proof of my annual income, which I was against but was basically told that if I didn't supply that information then they can't move forward with my LOR claim. All of this is going on while the DOV claim was being approved and I was told to "sign this document to keep this claim going" and was told that it was a completely separate claim from the LOR claim. So of course I signed trusting "the professionals" words/demands. He (Mr. Eric) then proceeded to try to reimburse me on the LOR claim based off of an old contract that was irrelevant at the time of the accident. I spoke with Ms. Angela a few times in regards to this and let her know to please let Mr. Eric know that I did not agree with his decision, for him to go back and reconsider. I received an email from Ms. Angela because she wasn't going to be in the office Friday and she informed me that Mr. Eric would not be able to return my call before end of day because of other obligations. I responded "of course he isn't available" and let her know to deliver my prior message and that I would continue to seek my claim even if I had to seek it through other avenues. I received a call back at 3:51pm that same day and Mr. Eric was on defense, cutting me off when I tried to go over everything since this was he and I's first time speaking and giving him my perspective of everything. At 4:00pm he cut the conversation short and said "My shift has ended so I can't continue this conversation with you, we will talk tomorrow". I said "wait before we hang up can i ask one more question". He sighed and said "go ahead", I proceeded with "If I do not agree with your decision..." then was cut of with Mr. Eric saying "LISTEN, I'm not trying to be rude but my shift has ended and I can't continue this conversation with you, I have a life". I said "Excuse me, what did you say?" He said "I... HAVE... A... LIFE... I... WILL... CALL... YOU... TOMORROW"... I paused, then said "Have a great night". Mr. Eric hung the phone up. Next day, I call the 1800 number to get expedited to his boss (Mr. Rob) and a direct message was sent on my behalf to him. Mr. Eric also called me the next day and I pretty much said we left off on a bad note, I am not trying to give him a hard time, but I do not agree with his decision because now he was saying that I signed the DOV claim which also "clears" them of any other claims so now he's not doing anything and that was the final decision. I asked for his supervisors number and immediately called and left a message. Because now he's taking it personal and going back against his initial grant of $3k+ for the claim, which by the was was offered after I signed the PDF. Now, while Mr. Rob was nice and pleasant and held a more respectful conversation, he too is saying "based on what he read" he can't honor my claim and since someone put my address and the driver of my vehicle down with the same address, and through casual conversation with Ms. Angela about the driver possibly "being my cousin" when she asked if the driver and I were related, they're saying they can't honor it. Kimberly Ross was the rudest individual I have ever come across in my life. Instead of having compassion for a customer who Just lost everything I had a door slammed in my face and got the worst attitude. That is not how you treat customers she should be fired.

After my car is paid off (it was totaled by a drunk driver ) I don’t think I’ll be returning. My claims adjuster is horrid and I’m honestly ready to just get my settlement and never ?? get this service again. They play too many games and give you the run around. I don’t have time for this.

The worst company….Emily price is assigned to my accident claim and she never pick up the phone and I haven’t gotten calls back after leaving numerous messages and now her mailbox is full…..horrible service. Update: After the post, the team got ahold of me right away and handle my claim beyond my expectations. Thank you progressive at handling the situation.

Two of our Mercedes were a total loss. Progressive claims via customer service immediately addresed the losses.This location did not answer the phone which was forwarded to customer service.

The agent who helped me was not the problem...it is the company. I had just purchased my car just 10 days before it was hit by one of their policy holders! I had previously gotten an estimate from another company who was going to replace the entire bumper but decided to take my car to progressive since they had such a convenient way of dropping the car and getting a rental all in the same building and in less than 20 mins. Well needless to say I was not happy with them unwilling to replace my bumper, so I refused the repair service and had them transfer everything over to the other collision center. They are still having an agent go to the other collision center to do a repair estimate for Progressive and stated that he or she will determine if the bumper needs to be replaced.I used to love how genuine the company seemed in their commercials and was excited to be going there to have them repair my car. Now not so much. I was not at fault and refuse to settle for something less than what I deserve. My friend said he knew a person who just complained about the same issue with Progressive. I'm truly disappointed with how they operate. :(

I see why Progressive is rated "Below average" by JD Power in 2022. Claims Rep Justin Campbell for my insurance was not there for me. I proved there is obviously no damage to my car but they paid for damages to another anyway.
