Brought my car in to look at the squeeling breaks. They were squeeling every single time I pressed the brake pedal, including when I drove it into their parking lot. Left it with them for 24 hours, then called me back and said they weren't able to reproduce the issue. Charged me $44 for their time, then the second I get into the car and move an inch, it squeels. I did 2 laps around their parking lot continuously squeeling just so they'd know that I know they're full of it.

I’ve had nothing but pleasant and professional experiences here.
I first interacted with them when my car engine had issues. They were the most affordable when I called around. Took my car in, they took a look and realized it was an issue the manufacturer had to deal with.
Even though they could’ve charged me they were honest professionals who gave me good advice and said since we can’t fix it we won’t charge.
After fixing my car, the manufacturer tried to charge me to fix other issues they found with the car. Phil’s partner was so kind and patient enough to stay with me on the phone as I talked through all the things they were claiming needed to be done. I brought it here for a second opinion and sure enough they told me all of that was unnecessary and saved me a lot of money.
Highly recommend this establishment! I love that they keep records of your interactions with them so when you call they can pull up your file and they’re up to speed on everything.

First time was a 2001 Volvo and I have brought my mini Cooper multiple times the best in the Marietta area as far as I can say I have been to several repair shops hands-down Professional Automotive Repair is # 1 and the best thank you
And mind you I take the mini Cooper to Global mini dealership their work is the best and the price is right?

I've been taking my Volvo here for years. They always have fantastic service for very reasonable prices. Phillip is personable, and Matt is a master with older Volvos. I've since moved further away, but always make the long drive to these guys anyway specifically because they're just that good.

Originally went to Massey Automotive (who I don’t recommend) down the road and they tried to charge $250 to tell me the issue that these guys knew as soon as I told them the OBD-II code and type of car I drive. Professional Automotive Repair is an honest group that doesn’t push for expensive and unnecessary services.
I’ll be back for any services needed in the future!

Came here to get a second opinion on my 2013 Toyota Prius. I had been going through the nightmare of going in and out of a different shop for the past month as they kept trying to pressure me into repairs I didn’t need that didn’t resolve the issue I was having. Spent 3k on repairs with this other shop before I decided they are not a good option. It didn’t take long for professional automotive to diagnose that my car has a blown head gasket. They explained that replacing the gasket is not a repair they offer since it almost always results in other expensive repairs and that I would need a new engine. Once I had time I did my research on my model and found that the blown head gasket is a common issue for a 2013 Toyota Prius with 170,000 miles and that if it was replaced it would probably just blow again. Unfortunately I didn’t deem an engine replacement as worth the repair and the technician I spoke with agreed with me. I’m glad I found a place that doesn’t pressure unneeded repairs. Sucks that my car is gonna be scraped but at least there is an end to the nightmare I have been living this past month.
