We took our Subaru Outback here that got side swiped by another driver leaving some scuffing on the rear quarter panel. They were able to buff it out completely leaving it looking new. The rest of the car also looks great!
Customer service was amazing and they are very honest and upfront with you about what service you really need and not just there to take your money.
I definitely will be bringing my other vehicle here for a routine wax and detailing. They earned a new loyal customer today.

I love any business that's simple and does quality work. Made an appointment yesterday, dropped our 4Runner off last night and dropped the keys in their convenient night drop box. Picked her up today looking shiny and new. I'm a 15 year detailer so I'm their worst nightmare as a customer. I had zero complaints. Highly recommend. Side note - the rims were not their fault. We can thank Beaver Toyota for that eyesore.

Very happy. My 2016 Toyota 4Runner has had to sit outside, near some Water Oak trees, for about 3 years now. And even though we wash it at least once a month it was in need of some extra care. I used their exterior detail selection ($215.00). I was pleasantly surprised when I inspected the car. It was very clean, extra shiny and slick, quite slick. I’m not the quickest detailer, but I would have spent at least 8 hours over 2 days to get this result.

I cannot express how happy I am that I found Pro Shine! I have struggled to find a reasonable and reliable auto detailer since I moved to the area 6 years ago. I live in Smyrna, and Pro Shine is less than a 15 minute drive away. I called yesterday and spoke to Sara. She was lovely and fit me in immediately for today. I dropped off my SUV early this morning with Steven. Steven was incredibly helpful, and they did an amazing job with my full detail! They were able to get to my car for an emergency wash after a concrete truck decide to dump its load down the highway, my car looks better than when I got it and very fair pricing and wait time.
