I was hesitant with the majority of negative reviews but I actually had a great experience. Very accommodating and pleasant attitude. I needed to extend my rental and they did it with no problem even though it’s the busiest time of year. I will return for a future rental.

Warning Danger DO NOT USE PRICELESS CAR RENTAL.AKA JC car rental Fort Lauderdale I used Hooper for the reservation. There were 2 couples stranded there.

Worst place ever to rent from. They wanted me to increase my insurance on my insurance policy to use theirs. Stay away. This company is a scam. I would rather travel by a donkey than use this company. This was in Tampa. I forgot to mention it took the driver over 30 minutes to get us from the airport and the place is located by the airport

I would highly NOT recommend renting from this scam of a place. I was charged $160 online and made sure to read the fine print for any extra incidental holds. There was nothing stating such on the site or confirmation but when I got there they told me I had to also pay a deposit of $350… (I only needed the car for 3days!)Once I stated I felt it was a scam the receptionist got very irrate and unprofessional. Red flag #2! It's a bunch of junk cars on their lot for a reason. Stay away unless you're that desperate to rent a car with guaranteed hassle.

Tampa location! Wanted to leave no star but thats not the option. This place is the biggest scam!!!! DO NOT RENT from this place I REPEAT DO NOT! Tried to rent a car, prepaid through Expedia, when I went to the business they started the sales pitch of "you need this" "you must have" this, I have rented MANY cars in my life and know what I "need " and "must" have, I told them I wanted to cancel my reservation after my rental was up to $80 after already repaying. The man supposedly canceled my reservation, tells me to call Expedia and they would authorize my refund-well I received an email stating that Priceless would NOT authorize my refund - POOR CUSTOMER service, lying to.people is NOT the way to run a business and still stole my money not to mention the pot smoking going on at the business!

Would give no stars if I could. They are all for gimmicks starting with the low prices they advertise. Picked the car up and was told they don’t accept my credit card rental insurance benefit now my Geico because of the liability amount they require which is excessive for the cheap cars they provide. Then the told me a scratched the car and without a proper estimate told me the repair cost was $1,460. Then charged the amount to my credit card without following the claims process through the rental insurance. Very unprofessional. Also, they are not located at the airport as advertised. Had to wait 30 minutes for a driver to pick us up and take us to them about 2 milesaway. Do not rent from these people. Lastly, they make you sign contractual agreements in Spanish.

This place is just great. Let's be reasonable here when you consider all the other rental companies. If you have the means to afford their services. It should be a very easy transactional process. Otherwise people are going to complain about each & every little thing. My advice is to ask for a rental agreement & if/when it's agreed upon. Just go from their & carry out your end of the bargain. These people are not cheap or giving out their vehicles at a discounted rate. The same way you pay the bigger companies you should look to compensate them as well.

It’s really sad I received a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CALL from Amanda, at this location who I don’t know who she is nor her position, however when she called she never explained who she was or where she was calling exactly ( besides “the car rental” ),I even had to asked for her name, Now I’ve been renting a vehicle for a little over 2 weeks, & know there’s a balance, now asking her for details on what rental programs they offer for clients, and asking for the total balance and dates, when the last payment was made, and asking what would be more affordable for my commute and to provide a good payment card, she was speaking RUDELY, so I had to stop and ask what’s her problem, why is she talking like that, mind you this lady called with a problem and sounding like she’s upset at the world taking it out on customers. She says YOU’RE MY PROBLEM AND HUNG UP, so I called back she declines my calls, then picks up, stays quiet, hangs up, so I called from my work cell she’s fwding the calls to VM, eventually the line is just being fwd and disconnected as if I’m blocked or she’s disconnected the company phone line. This is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I will be reaching g out to hire ups for her to receive some coaching conversation for her to better help these ratings and future customers don’t have to experience the ghetto and poor service this lady has provided me with. I’m not sure where the original rental assistant is Stephanie she was very informative and helpful, when I first renting the vehicle she was busy with like 5 other customers and never once was frustrated nor lost her cool with any questions customers nor myself may have asked. They need more representatives like her. I run my own business and manage clients through out metro Atlanta and never will I reach out in a unprofessional manner. Hopefully she will pick up once I call again, because I need to speak to inform her boss of her behavior.

I was wary of renting here after reading the reviews, but I was extremely pleased with the service that Stephanie provided us. I reserved two rentals. A minivan for two days and a smaller SUV for four days. They did not have the SUV which is the only reason I am giving this 4 stars. Stephanie let us have the minivan for the whole rental period and gave me the original SUV rate for the four days. I would have preferred the SUV since we were only two people and were up in the mountains on some great curvy roads. I called Stephanie during our trip to ask to extend to a fifth day and she was extremely helpful. Because of the reviews, I went by this location two days before my rental to make sure they would have the van for me since we needed it to move our daughter to college. I met Stephanie at that time and she explained the issue with the SUV. No other issues after that. I recommend Priceless Car Rental.

They charged me a $100 cleaning fee for a supposed “smoke” or “cologne” smell (the woman flip flopped back and forth between whether the actual charge was for smoke or some sort of cologne). I DO NOT smoke. This is all after I received a car that had just been returned a few minutes prior and they didn’t have time to check/clean in between the time the guy dropped it off and I received it. And just the previous day, they had the car shut off while I was in possession of it and then could not get it turned back on for hours while I waited for them to fix it remotely. So yeah, this place is great if you like getting charged for a smoke smell when you don’t smoke, or a place that gives you a car without cleaning it first, or one that literally has your rental car shut off and then can’t get it turned back on for several hours. Worthless would be a more accurate name.
